Very efficient and helpful staff with a clear proficient telephone manor although I was frustrated at having to provide a DVLA code for my driving licence which is new to me but procedures change and I was provided with all the assistance I needed.

All good so far
All good so far, but all communication has been done so far online, so I have had no experience with your company or staff, only your online system. Your on line system works well. The test will be when I need to contact you directly for support or make a claim, this will give me a view on your customer service delivery and experience.
