Bright Star Buddies Avis 

I am extremely impressed with the No Pull Harness from Bright Star Buddies. The concept of putting the pulling load on our Frenchies chest rather than the neck seemed obvious yet I had not come across that system before. Hugo loves it and the harness does not twist around the rear shoulders when led from the front catch.worn. Now I know it works. a second one is coming for our other French Bulldog Portia.

We had ordered 3 tags over a couple of years. One of them, the resin, lifted. I contacted these guys to let them know, and they have arranged a replacement at no cost in less than 24 hours. Was not expecting that at all. Customer service 100%, and the tags are great too!

I have ordered numerous dog products from this company. I am 100 percent happy with the results. I definitely recommend this company the quality is awesome and extremely durable and washed up like new. My dog attends a farm once a week comes home dirty her bandanna and collar washes up a treat. Will continue to use the company

Great communication, harness is well made and my dogs love them.

Charlie is very impressed and mum is pleased to know if Charlie ever wandered her tag is bright, legible and scratch resistant. Her younger bigger sister can be a bit rough and the tag has not been affected. Very pleased. Charlie has a regular size and weighs 5kgs.

Misty loves her new harness. Fits well, easy to put on and looks very smart.

A harness is a harness right? Nope definitely not. I’ve purchased 2 harnesses from other sources and was so disappointed in both, either not adjustable or sizing charts were so wrong. Not with Bright Star Buddies. I checked the sizing chart against the breed of dog and then my puppies measurements. They got it perfect! The harness is well made, comfortable feeling and my puppy loves putting her harness on and going walkies. She has her name and contact details on the harness and it looks great on. The harness doesn’t pull on her neck and hugs her beautifully with room for adjustments. There is a wide variety of colours to choose from and the quality doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommended.

We bought our boxer Buster this collar several weeks ago. We ordered the blue and black collar with the white writing. To place the order was simple and the time from order to delivery was excellent. The price was also very good. We highly recommend this product.

I am so happy with the Bright Star Buddies product and furthermore their incredible customer service. The first tag we received, our mischievous puppy managed to ruin so I contacted BSB and they sent me a replacement straight away. We repositioned the collar so Teddy couldn’t destroy and it has been PAWFECT!!!! ( note Teddy can ruin a nuclear submarine )
