I ordered a name tag for my new puppy…
I ordered a name tag for my new puppy and it was amazing, we were so happy with it. But our little man thinks he is a piranha and chewed it whilst around his neck. I contacted Eva enquiring about something similar but possibly for naughty piranha’s 🤣 Eva was so quick to respond and has offered a replacement for us in a different material.The communication and help was next level and couldn’t recommend them high enough.

While our tags are designed to be durable for everyday wear, we do understand that some pups can be a bit more playful (or piranha-like!) when adjusting to their tags. Low quality tags
Low quality tags. I have order a premium tags for my dog which cost $39 and it only last a month.

Very poorly constructed
Tag came within expected timeframe, looked great. Didnt even last 1 month on my pup - snapped at the ring hole. Very poorly constructed. Now leaves my pup at risk if she were to get lost. Would not recommend or buy again - will just stick to the metal store bought ones.

Hi Nikki, thanks so much for your order and for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear the tag didn’t last long, that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have, and I completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially with your pup’s safety in mind.
We’ve found that in some cases, tags can get damaged if pups happen to chew or play with them a lot. If you think that might’ve happened here, I would be happy to replace the tag with our Metal Dog Tags instead, which can be sturdier when it comes to being chewed (although they aren't intended to be chewed either).
However, if this is not the case, and if you’d prefer a refund, I am happy to organise this for you straight away, just please send us a quick email at hello@brightstarbuddies.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged tag.
Thanks again for sharing your experience, and I hope we can get this sorted for you and your pup.

Had the best experience with this company! They shipped the three dog tags promptly and arrived packaged so neatly and even with a little pouch. Love the quality and would definitely re-purchase
