Appalling condition of returned car
NO STARS REVIEW!! When I collected my car, I paid the short stay barrier fee (which was advertised on the website at £6 but cost £7 for drop off and £7 for collection) and exited the car park in a timely manner to avoid further cost. On leaving the airport I had to pull over to shut the boot as it wasn’t secure, on re-entering the car I noticed that the foot well of both the drivers side and passenger side was significantly soiled with wet red/clay mud. I took photos and on inspection of the outside of the car the tyres were caked in mud and red mud splats on the paintwork of the car. I had only dropped my car off the previous day and was only parked overnight and a few additional hours of the next morning. I will now need to get my car valeted at a cost of over £70 so really wished I had used a different parking solution at Bristol Airport. I would not recommend this service and would suggest that the parking entry and exit fees are updated on the their website and to consider where the cars are parked as this level of mud on my car is not an acceptable condition. There was no acknowledgment from the guy that handed me my key only the pressure to instantly leave a review which in this case has not been very glowing!

Fine for the price
Bit slow to get there on the way there, but fine on the way back and a good price. Need to add £14 to the overall price though due to short stay pickup.

Did exactly what it says on the tin
Did exactly what it says on the tin.
They were waiting for us as we arrived, videoed the car before taking it away.
On the return we waited for no more than 5 minutes, and they actually called me to let me know they are on the way and not far off the initial time specified.
Definitely use again, and would recommend to anyone.
£7 charge at car park rather than £6 but I think that has recently changed.

Scratches on car from pickup
Washed car after getting car back from Bristol airport yesterday evening as dirty on car, the offside rear panel behind rear wheel has scratches down it on the bumper, could not see till cleaned car. Going to have to repair it now
