3 hours late - DO NOT USE

3 hours late, no communication, we thought our car had been stolen, just couldn't get hold of them on the number provided. My advice is never use this company or you will regret it when standing in a cold carpark wondering where your car is for 3 hours. You can't complain because they don't answer the phone or emails.

Stay away from them

Calling this company a “service provider” feels generous—“robber” or “thief” seems far more fitting. Even after paying extra for cancellation cover, they still go ahead and charge an additional £20 as an “administration fee.” It completely defeats the purpose of buying the cover in the first place. Instead of offering peace of mind, it feels like they’re finding yet another way to take more money from customers. Frankly, it’s unreasonable, misleading, and leaves a very poor impression of their business practices.

Don’t use this company

When you go on to the website it gives you choices of parking options. The service provider I used that they offered were rude, late and very offhand. I found out from Gatwick staff that we’re about when I arrived that they were not allowed to operate out of the car park and that we should take photos of the car mileage, petrol gauge and the car overall. I have only just arrived back so am hoping that they have indeed paid for the ticket I gave them. I had to pay them for the ticket and then they took it from me to exit the car park. If I could give them zero I would. On my return, the driver texted me that he would leave my key on the tyre, luckily I arrived at the car before he left! I then had to pay to exit the car park.

Diabolical avoid completely useless

Absolutely diabolical, booked to park and ride but changed to meet and greet the woman didn’t believe me when I called up to say I was arriving and said I had to go park my car I had to take a screenshot of my updated booking and WhatsApp it to her, then she couldn’t give me the correct info to where to drop it she was not clear at all finally got there after driving round car parks and even had to pay £15 to get out a car parks I had been in for 2 mins as she told me wrong one but denied it. Then on way back called to collect, the guy had me on speaker phone and there was about 4 other people talking in the background so couldn’t hear what he was saying then he’s repeating back the wrong info, finally got it and he said another 30 mins after being on the phone 10 mins. Would never ever recommend or use again. Plus was told £7 to get car in and out of car park then was told £10 but then £7, couldn’t organise a p*** up in a brewery.!

We had a horrible experience using…

We had a horrible experience using Airparq Limited meet & greet parking service. On the day of booking, we called to let them know we would arrive in 30 minutes. After multiple phone calls, the driver finally came to collect our car 1.5 hours later. We nearly missed our flight because of the delay. On the way back, we rang them again after collecting our baggage to ask for our car. The man who answered said the driver would be there in 15 minutes. Nobody arrived for the next 1.5 hours. When we tried calling again, the phone was switched off. Thankfully, I had a tracker on my phone and could see where my car was. We ended up paying for an Uber and driving ourselves to the car park where our vehicle had been left. A man there, who could hardly communicate with us, said he knew nothing about the situation, handed over our keys, and we drove away. After checking the contract, we also saw a clause saying if you do not collect your car within 20 days, they have the right to sell it. Seriously? Very disappointing service, stressful experience, poor communication, and completely unreliable. We will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone. We also believe companies like Compare Your Parking should vet their partners much more carefully to stop situations like this happening.

Don’t use this website!!

Don’t use this website!!! I tried to call the customer service as there was an issue with my booking with less than 24 hours to my flight. The customer service guy was useless and hung up the phone on me as he couldn’t help.
I’ve never experienced such bad customer service.

Promotes unreliable operator with various names

Unfortunately Compare your Parking is a platform for one of the most unreliable actors in this business- one who regularly leaves travellers waiting for extended periods over the stated service time, and our most recent experience was an extra wait for pick up of 30 mins, plus when we returned, a 40 min wait.
The company goes by the names of:
A1 airport parking (listed and reviewed on here) but your email will say ‘SC parking limited’
They also send emails calling themselves ‘Prime Meet & Greet’ and also call themselves “Just airport parking”.
I’m using the quotes because I am being precise about these names due to the similarities with other names.
If you call the phone number to say you’re arriving in 30 mins, the line is crackly and unintelligible. If you tell them this, they’ll call you from their WhatsApp- and tell you an unrealistic wait time like 10 mins. That’ll be extended. Try 30 mins. They’ll ignore you until you get annoyed with them.
The WhatsApp links to an account called “Just Airport Parking”.
They have four different names and several phone numbers, to hide that it’s the same outfit giving the most unreliable service from a ‘meet and greet’ that I’ve ever experienced.
Plus the cost is actually £26 more than stated due to the extra £13 added for parking at the meet and greet drop-off at both ends.
Compare the parking should be checking on the providers it keeps on its platform. Clearly this is not happening. Beware of booking with the above providers.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company - our booking was placed through IPark Ltd but you don’t actually know this until you have booked and paid for the parking so you can’t check any reviews and find out how awful they are. We had to wait for 40 mins for our ‘meet and greet’ on drop off, and it was just a case of parking in the short stay and waiting for a completely unidentifiable driver to turn up. There is no desk or any indication that IPark have any right to operate at Gatwick. Collections was worse, I phoned when I collected my luggage as instructed, only to be told it would be 40-45 mins, when I expressed surprise I was told that traffic is busy! The wait was actually an hour and ten minutes even through one of the two cars booked was still in the same spot that I had left it in two weeks before! When the other car eventually arrived the driver didn’t have the keys for the car that had been there all along and had to go off for another 15-20 minutes to find the keys. He then wanted me to try to get out of the car park even though I was likely to be charged for two weeks in short stay and only when I questioned this did he demand my key and took the car off again to validate it. Even after all of this I had to pay £8 to get out of the car park not the £5 that I was told. No apology at any stage, the driver was rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience to him. Absolutely awful and wish we had just parked in the long stay as we would have been away from the airport at least an hour quicker if we had.

I have just realised this is the second…

I have just realised this is the second time I have used this website and I should have never used them after my last experiance. The company ratings on here are false and I used one of the companies and they have all 168 ratings of 1 . I would advise everyone to go elsewhere to find a meet and greet as they don’t have reputable companies

This platform is a fraud. Sold me a 4.8 rating but was a 1.2

Booked what I believed was Parking Point Meet & Greet based on a 4.8 star rating and promises of CCTV secured parking and uniformed insured drivers. After paying £84, a completely different company — Rose Parking who has a 1.2 rating — turned up. This is a bait and switch. The driver was 45 minutes late, not in uniform, and unprofessional. My car was tracked to an open street rather than a secured car park. It was returned covered in bird droppings with the key left outside the vehicle. No one there to handover. The listing on this platform is misleading and facilitated a fraudulent service. Complaints raised with Trading Standards and my bank for chargeback. Do not use this platform without independently verifying who will actually turn up.

The WORST company ever

The WORST company ever! Really hope people read the reviews before booking with this scam of a company. Unfortunately I didn’t. I wanted to book park and ride at Heathrow airport (not meet and greet) I selected park and ride and paid in full, I then received an email confirming my booking and It had said I would need to drive the a Holiday inn hotel car park which then a person would take my car keys and park the car for me and a bus will take me to the terminal. I did not want someone to drive my car due to hearing bad experiences. I then checked the reviews for this company and realised it has a very bad reputation people have had their cars damaged, written off, parked in residential areas, ULEZ fines, parking fines, car covered in mud and mileage racked up. I instantly had a bad feeling so tried to call them no answer. I then emailed to say I was not comfortable with someone taking my car and wanted park and ride and if I could receive a full refund, To then I was emailed back with Heathrow airport do not have a park and ride service(it absolute does) I asked again nicely for a full refund a women named Alice if that’s even her real name then replied you have options either a full refund or a voucher, to my reply I would like a refund asap please. Alice says it will be 14 working days. I waited and no refund. Emailed again any updates on my refund, Alice replies 1-5 days. 3 weeks later still nothing after numerous calls and emails I then had to get my bank involved and dispute the transaction. When they finally gave me my money(Thanks to my bank) they had taken a £15 booking fee so I was never received a full refund (scam) luckily my car is safe from being trashed unlike some poor people. Please DO NOT USE this company they need to be shut down!

Despite being comparatively low in cost, SC Parking is excellent. They were there to pick up my car in the designated area. I was able to simply walk into the terminal building. No coaches etc! On my return they were there very quickly. Excellent all round! I'll definitely book again! Others seem to have had poor experiences. Mine was great!

They don’t deserve any stars

They don’t deserve any stars! They wouldn’t let me write my review, so I gave them 1 star. They hide their prices. You have to pay for the orange car park twice for just half an hour. They still haven’t brought my car back. They said the compound is 15–20 minutes away, but it’s been 50 minutes and they’re still not here.

We used this airport parking service expecting convenience, but the experience was extremely disappointing.

As instructed, we called 20 minutes before arriving to have our car ready. Despite this, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the vehicle to be returned. The excuse given was traffic, yet we experienced no traffic issues ourselves on the way out, which makes this explanation hard to accept.

However, the most unacceptable part was the condition of the car. It was returned covered in bird droppings and honeydew from parking it under a tree!!— and I’m not exaggerating. It was absolutely disgusting and showed a complete lack of care and respect for customers’ property.

When you leave your car with a service like this, you expect at the very least punctuality and basic care. Unfortunately, this company failed on both.

I would not recommend this service.

Rude customer service who hung up on me when I dared complain

Fake and misleading website which claims to be a comparison website but actually all “companies” are the same

No one to complain to therefore

Don’t answer phone when you call to stay you’re on your way or have arrived - often goes to voicemail! Nearly missed flight due to their not answering phone

Hours wait time just being told a driver will call us. Yeah right.

In the end on our return after 1.5 hours waiting we got a taxi to our car and picked it up ourselves, by pure luck managed to get key back too.

Having read other reviews we were lucky to get car back at all without excessive mileage or damage. Phew.

1 star is far too much for this…

1 star is far too much for this company. I would stay as far away as possible from them, better to pay more with the stanstead official meet and greet than to let this bunch of shysters park your car.
Staff are rude, petulant and have not even the basics of customer service ethics. Changed my meet and greet drop off on the way to stanstead, had to park 20 mins away, wait 15 mins for a shuttle even though i had paid to be met at the terminal. So what was supposed to be stress free imediately became stressful. No explanation, no apology.
On return, car was returned absolutely filthy, covered in dirt & dust, when i asked why, no answer, no apology, and when i pushed further for an answer, the guy just said, e mail the company and ask them to pay for valet.
I unfortunately had already made two other bookings with them for May & September which i have now cancelled, but be aware, they charge you £20 for each cancellation, so they have made an extra £40 for being an appalling service.
Cannot stress enough how awful this company are.
