Used their service for airport car park, highly satisfied, nothing more convincing and time saving than this one.

If i exclude a bit of waiting time, rest was fine, customer support handled my request in a professional manner. So overall my experience was good.

this is deliberately misleading. They lead you to believe you are booking with a large airport provider (it clearly says Heathrow Park and Ride which it isn't ) and only after you pay do you find out it's a small independent with a poor reputation. When you cancel they charge you £20. Avoid this site at all costs and book with a more transparent provider

Absolute disgusting scammers! Booked and then found out that they use an illegal site to dump my car so tried to cancel instantly and they said no due to being within 72 hours of travel (by 42 mins!!) Got my CC company to refund instead. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

We were really impressed with Just Park & Ride at New Farm, Stansted Road. The price was significantly cheaper than other options, and everything was very clear and straightforward, especially regarding the levy charges.
The whole process was simple and easy. We called when we landed, but unfortunately had just missed a collection and had to wait around 20 minutes for the next bus — which, at 3am, felt like a little longer! 😂 However, the service was still very good and the process was hassle-free.
We were also worried that our flight being delayed by two hours might mean additional charges, but there was no issue at all, which was a huge relief.
Overall, we’re really happy with the service and the value for money. We would definitely use Just Park & Ride again and would happily recommend them to others flying from Stansted. 👍

I booked a parking and I wanted to cancell it as my car broke down the day prior to my trip. I tried to speak to customer service- OMG worst experience ever. Arrogance in a nutshell.
Whatever it cost ....people...avoid this company at all costs.

This website is a scam do not use. It doesn't let you know the name of the supplier until you book and then you find out your car will probably by damaged and you may not make the flight after reviewing the supplier. If you try to enter a email on their website it doesn't work. Scam, Scam, Scam do not use.

You do not show the provider of the parking (Park Pilot Ltd ) until you've booked as you know they are not a reputable service parking provider as per this BBC news article from 29th July 2026.

Cancellation fees: Providers can only charge a fee if cancellation terms were clearly stated and agreed to in advance which you do not. You only have the mandatory tick box to force users to agree to your T&C forcing a £20 charge when they try to cancel the booking.

You service is a scam, your company is a scam and I will be reviewing you as such.

Absolutely bizarre that after booking we were told to call a mobile number 30 minutes before arrival to arrange collection from the drop off site. You also had to pay for the airport charges to enter the drop off area when you arrived, it is not covered by the park and ride services. There were typos in the confirmation email and it felt deeply unprofessional. We did not feel like it would be safe to leave our car with them and therefore we tried to cancel the booking, feeling confident this would be possible to do since we had also paid for cancellation protection. We were very wrong!

It was absolutely awful - would not allow us to cancel the parking within an hour of booking. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will never use this again and I will actively tell other people to not use your service. It was the worst experience I've had for many years, I also think it is a con to call themselves a 'compare parkin' system when they're not actually comparing parking with other companies - they are a single company who are falsely advertising services.

Running a scam website they put your car in unsafe and uninsured location. Have reported to bank as well as report fraud. This should not be alowed

DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY!!! Firstly, we booked to drop off the car at 4:00 pm on 4 August. I called at approximately 3:30 pm to let you know that we were on our way. However, despite making several calls, we were not able to hand over the car keys until approximately 4:35 pm.

We were travelling with three small children, and as a result of the significant delay in collecting our car, we had to rush through the airport and customs in order to catch our flight. This caused unnecessary stress and put us at risk of missing our flight, entirely due to the delay in your service.

Unfortunately, our experience upon returning on 19 August was equally concerning. When we collected the vehicle, there was a strong smell of alcohol inside the car. In addition, both headrests on the driver's and front passenger's seats had been removed.

I do not understand why the headrests had been removed in the first place, and I am extremely concerned as to why anyone handling my vehicle would have removed them without any explanation or apparent reason.

I have previously used Meet & Greet services with other companies at different airports, and I have never experienced anything like this. I chose this company based on the positive ratings displayed online, including the 4.4/5 rating, and therefore expected a much higher standard of service.

Instead, the service we received was unacceptable from both the drop-off and collection stages of our journey.

This comparison website works... unfortunately, really well to enable prospective customers to book for parking in less than reputable parking sites and does nothing to prevent it or rectify when there is a complaint - as has been my case, and lots of others looking at the rating and reviews on here. I wish i had paid more attention to reviews beforehand but definitely learning my lesson and trying to calling out a terrible service that should not be allowed to continue. The site provided completely ignored our calls - which they request as part of the confirmation process that Compare Your Parking provides, and left us stranded without parking hours before departure. Despite complaints raised i had no reply from Compare Yiour Parking until i used their automated review email to challenge them into looking at my complaint. I was then given a reply and copied on the email sent to "Park & Ride Bristol" asking for a their feedback... nothing else since, nor reply nor refund.. DISGRACEFUL by any standards.

I had a terrible experience with a parking I booked through your website - it was so dodgy it should be illegal. And I am not interested in you passing the ball to them because the fact is - you should check who you do business with, and if they have catastrophic reviews, which they do - should probably not do business with them.

I would strongly advise people to avoid this company based on my experience.

I booked a Meet & Greet service at Heathrow for 2 nights / 3 days and followed their instructions exactly. I called before arrival, called again when I reached Terminal 5, and was directed to a man wearing black who had my registration number on his phone and identified himself as the driver. I handed over my car and key as instructed.

When I returned, the company told me they couldn’t find my booking and had no idea where my car was. I called repeatedly, sent them my booking confirmation and was told someone would call me back — nobody did.

I ended up speaking to airport police because at that point I genuinely didn’t know if my car had been lost, abandoned or stolen.

The only reason I found it was because I tracked it myself using the Audi app. It had been left in the Short Stay car park at Terminals 2/3, despite me flying from Terminal 5.

Even after finding it, I couldn’t drive it because the key I had handed over was missing.

I had to pay around £135 for an Uber home, then drive back to Heathrow the next day with my spare key, losing several more hours of my time, and pay around £300 just to get my own car out of the car park.

My original Audi key is still missing, meaning I now also have to pay around £480 for a replacement/programmed key and deal with the security issue of someone potentially still having access to my car.

On top of that, the car had a flat/deflated tyre and displayed a gearbox malfunction warning after I recovered it, which I now have to get investigated.

My direct losses are already close to £1,000, before any further vehicle repair costs.

What shocked me most is that if I hadn’t had the Audi tracking app, I genuinely don’t know how I would have found my car.

This was an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience, especially being left alone at Heathrow late at night with no car, no key and no clear explanation.

I would not use this company again and would urge anyone considering booking with them to be extremely cautious.

Horrible, booked meet and greet for Terminal 4 Heathrow. Doesn’t say they don’t do this service anymore given terminal 4 undergoing reconstruction work. Was told to go to long stay car park. The man arrived 40mins after I got there (remember meet and greet)

Then on the way back had to go to long stay car park, then had to to wait more 30mins as well. Said pls call when you get baggage which we did and still not there. Paid premium service and got worse than normal. Better to have booked long stay car park then would not have had to wait for them. Terrible terrible service…specially when you have 3 kids as well!!!

On top of that the guy has the bloody cheek to talk back with attitude

Booked Mayfair Parking through Compare Your Parking and they damaged my car. I pointed out what I saw to the delivery driver and discovered further damage when I got home. Mayfair refuse to offer any helpful response, including ref the damage I pointed out on collection. I contacted Compare your Parking for support. They promised to respond but have not. Both companies are rip off merchants, not to be trusted, Take your business elsewhere.

I would like to provide additional details regarding my review.

1. The quoted price during the booking process was £115.00, but I was ultimately charged £120.39.
2. The additional charges were not clearly explained before I completed the payment.
3. After cancelling my booking, I discovered that a £20 cancellation fee had been deducted.
4. I also paid for the cancellation protection option, but £2.90 was still deducted.
5. I believe the pricing was not transparent because I only became aware of these charges after the payment had already been completed.

I have attached screenshots showing:

* The payment amount of £120.39.
* The cancellation page showing the £20 deduction.
* My original complaint sent to the company.

I would appreciate a full explanation of all charges and a review of my case.

We have nearly missed a flight from Stansted because of compare meet and greet parking.
I have 1,5year old kid and pregnant wife.
We called the company 40min before we arrived to Stansted and they told us go to other waiting point . When we arrived nobody came to collect the car .
We have to wait other 50min for collection.
They switched off my camera in the car because of the tracking system but I have one external and this one show me car parked 7mil out of Stansted in the field (no security car park)
When we get back a little bit early they ask me pay 20£ extra for early pick up my own car!! And then we have wait other 50min .
Communication with the company is rubbish they don’t let you finish it your call (they just hang up in the middle call) our don’t even pickup the calls.

I booked through them 6 weeks before our travel date. Less than 24 hours before we were due to travel I get a SMS sent at just before midnight saying to take my car to a completely different location and giving a different phone number. In this message there was no reference to my name, or booking reference number and it looked like a phishing attempt to steal my car. I called the number the next morning and a voice just said hello. No introduction as to who the company was. It wasn't until I probed them I was able to get a company name from them and he explained that my booking had been transferred to them. Despite having done intimal research when I then looked into who they had switched me to their reviews were horrendous...! Lost keys, long delays, etc. Every review they had was saying to avoid the provider at all costs and not to use them. So they basically switched my booking to a very poor provider just hours before I was due to travel with no consultation and the whole communication experience was awful. I will never use their service again.

Wish we'd found these reviews before booking. We would have paid the extra £20 for airport parking

We booked on compare the parking.co.uk and won't be booking again

Negatives -
* on arrival, we boarded the bus promptly but then en route stopped twice for people to get on what was already a crammed bus. The luggage compartment was full so the luggage came on with us. Transfer should have taken 10 mins but took 45!

* on return, waited 30 mins after already giving 30 mins notice. When we boarded the bus the driver expected us to wait longer for people on another flight.

On the plus, The driver was pleasant and trying his best with the hand he had been dealt. Management need to take
more responsibility, reduce wait times and add another bus.

Needless to say we won't be using them again.

We called at 4.36pm and were told our car was on the way. After waiting 40 minutes we called and the car hadn't even set off. The person on the phone proceeded to tell me it would be there soon. The driver finally called us at 5.59pm and said "the car was dirty and a mess I've taken it to the garage to get it cleaned I'm on my way". He didn't arrive until 6.15pm. Nearly two hours late. And who knows what they had been up to in our car. When I called the guy at the office wouldn't pick up and ignored my calls. I called around 10 times. AVOID.
