meet and greet - on return took 2 hours to get my car back and this was close to midnight with 2 young kids. Driver apologised and said we will get our money back. Put a complaint in and whilst they responded straight away apologising they now do not response when i asked to get my money back. sham company AVOID

SPS MEET AND GREET - DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!!
They returned my vehicle smelling of smoke with cigarette ash in both the driver and passenger side. Both me and my partner and non smokers and we have 2 car seats in the back for our 4 year old and 9 month old.
Now ignoring emails.

When you discover that the parking company has disconnected your dash cam there is only one of two possibilities:
1) they left my car somewhere so dodgy and insecure that they thought the dash Cam could be stolen

2) they didn't want me to see where the car had been parked.

Appalling service: - phone in middle of night (1am) on day before drop off to be told of change to drop off carpark - had to wait for 40 mins at drop off carpark before transfer to terminal arrived, overall took 1 hr from arriving at drop off car park to getting to airport. - charged £14 for drop off which had not been mentioned in original email confirmation - on arrival back at airport, which was on time, I phoned the transfer number and they initially couldn't find my car, and then once car was located they couldn't find key. Car had been transferred to a long stay car which was due to close. They were unable to find my key, so my daughter had to drive 150 mile round trip to bring spare - such that I spent several hours waiting in car park. Key was located a few days later, and I was told it had been posted to me, but I have not received it (2 weeks later). New key has cost me more than £200 - I have written a formal complaint about the above and had no acknowledgment or response.

Booked through these people with SC Parking Ltd. Before the excuse gets made that these guys are only a comparison site remember, they are the ones who took my money and with whom i have a contract.
The telephone line takes ages to be answered (needed to call multiple times) and the level of English is very low meaning you have to repeat yourself whilst driving the car!! Despite calling 30 minutes before arrival (that’s ridiculous in itself) the driver took another 10 minutes to arrive and the drop off location was a 10 minute walk from the terminal (not the 2 minutes advertised) - they claimed this was because the closer car park was closed but that wasn’t true. Same issues on pick up. Staff have no branding or ID and act as though they aren't operating legally - I suspect they aren’t.

Very very poor - avoid like the plague.

Per the vast majority of reviews here, avoid this company like the plague! Pay a bit more and use APH, or one of the properly established companies.
It isn't worth re-hashing the problems, as they are well documented. Suffice it to say that this bunch do not have a clue what they are doing & there's no customer service to speak of.

We used this comparison website to book meet and greet parking at Heathrow. When we arrived back at Heathrow it took almost 6 hrs to get our car back. The company that this website advertised was already out of business using a different name to continue taking bookings. We had to get an uber to where our car was parked and call the police to get our car out. Compare your parking take no accountability for advertising dodgy companies.DO NOT USE save yourself the hassle!

Can understand this isn’t the 3rd party’s fault, but be careful booking with them if this is who they partner with. We arrived on time and called ahead as requested. When we got there, we got told to go to the green car park instead of the orange which I had booked, and a car would come and pick us up to take us to the airport. We parked and called told him where we was, waited around 25 minutes for him to arrive after numerous calls and he told us he would meet us downstaires of the car park. We got the lift down and he said we had to pay a further £13 for him to drive in and get us. This wasn’t mentioned before, but fine, it’s £13 at the end of the I’m going on holiday whatever. He then told us he was here to drive my car to the orange car park and for us to walk over to the airport. This was only about a 5 minute walk so, fine. Not what I booked, but fine. Once we landed again after our holiday, we called and let them know we was 30mins away again. He said to go back to the green car park. We walk back over, wait another 15 minutes for him to arrive. Whilst we’re waiting we are on the phone to him who says he coming, and that our keys should be on the DRIVER SIDE TYRE. In a car park with hundreds of cars, you left my keys on the wheel???? We couldn’t find them anywhere, and then he arrives and hands us the keys. Was that a joke or…? I get in the car and there is a ticket on top of my wheel, he explained I then had to pay another £13 to get out of the car park as he has had to come in again? I requested to speak to the manager who said it was his first day and he didn’t know if this was how it was supposed to be or not. When I book meet and greet orange car park, I expect to be in the airport and have all of the car situation sorted. Made us rush through security due to him being so long, and was overall the messiest and most stressful experience and not what I had booked. Would not use again.

Do not use these people. I was stupid, trusted them, did not take before pictures of my car. It was returned scratched from front headlight to rear bumper. They disconnected dashcam ( supposedly to protect customer privacy) but it recorded anyway. My car was used the entire day that it was collected, driven to pick other people up, and driven about the day before we returned, and it was parked in what looked like a drirty, muddy scrap yard. Pay the extra and park at the airport. Don't be me.

We have just retrieved our car from compare your parking meet & greet at Stansted. It look 1 hour & a quarter for it to be brought to us. Not what you expect from a meet & greet.
Dates 31/8 to 9/9/26.
We had to also pay £13 on drop off and collection extra.
DO NOT use this company.

Do not use this company I have reported them to UK Consumer protection law they will not give me their business legal name and address you are legally required to provide this i am trying to get them closed down so can not do this to others.

Booked months in advance - they cancelled my parking 48 hours before departure. Said it was the service providers who cancelled. If i were to cancel it would cost me £20 admin fee. If they cancel at short notice then there is no compensation especially if you need to book within 48 hours, the parking fees are inflated - don't use....

I booked Heathrow Park & Ride (who are also Gregg Maurice Ltd.) via the ‘Compare Your Parking’ comparison site. They rated this company 4.8 out of 5. Goodness knows where this rating came from, certainly not from Trustpilot. I have also researched other company’s they promote and these too have

appallingly bad customer service scores. I would strongly advise against using this comparison site.

This company completely ruined the end of our holiday. First, the drop-off isn't at the main terminal as advertised; it’s at the Green Car Park 600m away, meaning you have to drag your bags on foot. You also have to pay a £13 entry ticket yourself, then wait 30 minutes for a driver.
Getting hold of customer service is nearly impossible. The phone lines either don't work, go unanswered, or are too noisy to understand the agent.
The return was a disaster. I was repeatedly lied to over the phone, being told the car was "10 minutes away" on three separate calls. It turns out they lost my car in the grid because they logged the wrong return date. We were left stranded in a freezing car park for two hours with no seating, alongside several other families with young kids. To top it off, I had to pay another £13 ticket just to exit. Terrible, unprofessional, and completely unreliable.

I wish I had read the reviews in advance. OMG, what a disgusting company. They illegally use another company's logo to sell a different company's service, they hide extra costs and cancellation charges behind clicks (when, under law, they should be transparent), and they don't adhere to consumer law. Stay away. You will be fleeced and, no, they will not refund.

I wish to book parking, but the operator of this site WILL NOT REVEAL ESSENTIAL INFORMATION before you book and pay for it. I called the number and spoke to an individual in order to establish the location of the drop point. He would not reveal this, and stated you have to pay for it first!

Call me old school ... but shouldn't a customer know what the details of the service they are buying are, before having to fully pay for that service??

this is not a site i would trust i stupidly booked from here without reading the reviews of the company as i thought it would be a safe place to book…… the company i booked with saphire parking has got the worse reviews ever over and over again yet this site still promotes them… i should of read reviews yes but you would think this site would at least check who they are reffering you too

I’m sure this won’t be the first time you will read about this same experience. They sold me parking with an unlicensed provider. Upon arriving back to Luton, police had seized the car park, and lots of cars missing and have had crime commited using them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We used this site for parking at Stansted airport. We used a company called PARK SPOT MEET & GREET only to find out that STANSTED AIRPORT themselves are trying to get the banned as they Re using their carparks illegally to pick up and drop off cars, Stansted airport have not authorised them as a company. We only found this out as our car was 50mins late getting to us despite multiple calls to the company and been told your car is on its way.
I'm absolutely shocked that a comparison site even entertain companies like this on there website. Be very careful when booking through this site.
