I hired Bristol Van Removals to move 100 miles and the service was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful movers as well as cleaners - they took good care of my furniture and they were incredibly laid back which completely took the stress out of the day. Worth every penny in my opinion!

I would like to thank you superb team of Liam, Nick, Justin, Jamel and Andrew today from Bristol Removals in providing a superb job in moving my parents possessions from Keynsham to Exeter.

My Brother and wife were controlling things in Keynsham and the team arrived as advised just before 8am, they packed everything into three Vans and then got down to Exeter early afternoon.

This is where I was controlling, the team led by Nick were highly efficient continually asking me questions on where items were to be placed, nothing was too much trouble and they even helped putting bed headboards in place.

I would like to thank your team for their A+ service and really helping once my parents arrived an hour later to see how much had been done to allow them to settle in.

Prompt, professional and speedy service. No breakages, everything was really well packed. Very pleased with the service provided!

We reached out to Bristol Van Removals while trying to agree exchange with our chain. They got back to us really quickly, were able to quote from photos, and Dave and Livvy were great at keeping in touch throughout the process.

Our exchange didn't go well and we had to change the date 3 times, they were helpful and understanding throughout both by email and on the phone.

We reached out to other firms for quotes too but they were a lot more clinical: fill in this form, receive quote, minimal contact with a real person. It was reassuring to know Dave & Livvy understood our situation and there weren't going to be any surprises.

On the day the team showed up on time (actually they called to apologise that they were going to be 5 mins late, which was nice to see they saw even such a small delay as being worth getting in touch for). They worked quickly, stayed in touch, and everything got there in one piece.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They went above and beyond, really helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble.

Astoundingly professional throughout. Not the cheapest but worth every penny. Aimee was a joy to work with right from the start of the video survey she was spot on with the number of vans we would need. (She said 3 vans and then siad 4 when I added just 2 small items; I got rid of one larger item and it all fitted into 3 vans. Remarkable.). The team themselves were courteous, fun and hard working and seemed to know how to absorb the stress of moving and turn it into a happy time. At the end of the day only one small breakage which I consider expected. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Well done team.

Fantastic service and communication. Didn't skimp on the 'man power' and wholly professional in their dealing with us, particularly on moving day, when stress levels tend to go into orbit! Amazing service from start to finish! Fitted us in when nobody else could and postponed to a new date when our completion was delayed. Whole team- office, packing and moving were absolutely brilliant - very friendly, professional, careful and so helpful. Our stuff mostly went into storage and (unlike the last removal company that did this for us) it is fantastically neatly stored with a corridor through the middle so we can find and access things (all boxes they packed are really clearly labelled) . Can not recommend them highly enough!
