I ordered and paid for fabric. The delivery date was extended so I chased them up. They said they couldn't get the fabric. I was promised a refund within 5 working days. Six days later I got a message saying my refund would be paid within five working days. Don't order from them unless you've got some assurance they actually have what you want!

Britannia Rose have an awesome selection of fabrics. We chose the beautiful 'Botanical Peacock' for the curtains, blinds and cushions to go with our new petrol-coloured velvet sofa and armchair. Were so pleased that we ordered four more cushions in the same fabric for the dining chairs in our conservatory.
