British Bird Control Avis 

I had my solar panels pigeon proofed in September 23. I meant to leave a review. For the first 3 months the pigeons returned but after that they have completely disappeared. The job was done very efficiently with no issues. I am so pleased with the results. I was at my wits end!

This company has pigeon-proofed my solar panels and how good a job that was remains to be seen. However they managed to break the connector on my garden tap leaving the broken piece stuck inside the brass hose end piece. No big problem but they decided not to mention the incident which I thought very poor behaviour. I manged to extracate the piece and buy a new one for £8 but my efforts to tell them about this are simply ignored.

Company were very competitive on price, helpful and fitted it with us regarding an installation date. Nothing was too much effort, fitting team were punctual, very efficient and polite.
Whole experience was like “ good, old fashioned, customer service”.
Highly recommended.

Excellent service but the two lads managed to break my garden hose connection and failed to tell me. Tried to complain to the company but unable to make contact yet. To cap all this Trustpilot rejected my review for no good reason.

Could not fault the service provided by British Bird Control from first enquiry to work being completed to pigeon proof our solar panels . We were kept informed about when the work would be completed depending on the weather. Special thanks to Gary and Mason who carried out the work Arrived on time carried out the work with little noise and no mess and were done in no time

Due to the nature of where our solar panels are, we had to wait for suitable weather to minimize risk to the installers.

December's weather was miserable, so we did have to wait until it co-operated. But throughout that waiting time the admin staff were in constant communication which made us feel as though we were a priority for installation when the weather finally turned in our favour.

When the weather finally did change for the drier, the installers came the first possible day, and were quick and efficient with the installation.

We couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thank you very much to all the staff at British Bird Control.

The two guys that completed the bird proofing for my solar panels were ANGELS! They were on time, they called in advance with an update. Excellent communication, tidy and incredibly professional! I can't recommend highly enough!! Thank you for your fabulous work.

The whole experience from speaking to the office staff to seeing the completed work was first class. It was so good to speak to a real person in the first instance, and to receive a quote straight away. The staff kept me updated on when the work could be carried out, and the workmen arrived exactly when expected. The men who carried out the work were friendly and efficient, doing a professional and tidy job. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with bird control.

BBC's customer relations and communications are excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. The two gentlemen (Father and Son I believe) were an absolute pleasure to have working here, and they did a superb job with the pigeon prevention installation. My husband returned home later and was very impressed and very pleased at the quality of the work carried out. I would happily have them back if we needed a replacement one day or even refer them and BBC to friends, family or neighbours without reservation. Thank you very much.

It's difficult to speak too highly of my experience with British Bird Control. From my first enquiry to the job being completed the customer service was excellent and the men who actually carried out the work, Dan & Keaton, were first rate: personable, professional, friendly and engaging. Although the installation was only completed yesterday, based on my experience to date I have every reason to believe that IF there are any issues going forward, they will be dealt with speedily and positively which is why I can recommend "British Bird Control" as being a trustworthy, customer focussed organisation.

Very helpful from the first moment of contact. They instantly knew what was required, explained the procedure in simple terms, kept me updated by email. Called when they said they would and carried out the work earlier than they thought as they had a free slot. The guys who carried out the work were friendly, polite and explained again what they would do and kept me informed whilst the work was ongoing.
