Shame, because products look nice
I purchased 2 products from Bronte by Moon website which were both ‘in stock’. Several days later I was emailed that they are no longer making or stocking either of them. I hope to get my £320 refunded before long. Website obviously cannot be trusted.

Poor customer service
Been over one week now and still have not received my order. No updates as to the situation with my order either. I ordered some car parts from Holland and they arrived four days later. Why can’t British companies do the same. Update 29 Sept 2021. Received my order nine days after ordering. No response to email request for update. Goods were as advertised.

Long delay in receiving goods
I have not received the goods that I paid for 3 weeks ago. I have emailed and telephoned customer services, but have received no response, until today. Hopefully now the item will arrive in 4 weeks

Bad experience of shopping
My order not only did not receive the express information, but also made a serious mistake. I bought six scarves, but only received three. I hope you can deal with my problem as soon as possible. I feel very angry.

The item we ordered was not in stock
The item we ordered was not in stock. Had a mail asking if we wanted another item or a refund. We replied asking for a refund but we have had no reply saying that the refund will be processed. When phoning to say we wanted a refund we were told the best way is to reply to mail and that is monitored all the time if the person is on holiday
