Bought two tartan ruanas and a blanket for cosy sofa evenings in the winter. The colours come up a shade deeper than on screen but that feels perfect. I love the products and the bring an immediate warmth while simultaneously lifting the room beautifully. In a word, lush.
I've bought throws and cushions previously and they're hard-wearing and comforting. So glad I found this site.

The Union Jack throw is lovely, very high quality as always from Moons - we have over the years bought lots of items - jackets, sweaters, throws, material for blinds and footstools and it never disappoints !

The process online was a little confusing and the package took longer than I expected even with covid going on however I’m sure my father will love it as his previous one is quite old and tatty and he thought he couldn’t replace it so it’ll be a nice surprise at Christmas thank you

I ordered the cushions got an email saying h my order had been processed. It was a 30% discount so I was pleased. 3 days later I get an email saying they are discontinued! Went on the website and they were still being shown as available! Strange!

I haven’t opened the box and I’m sure the throw is fantastic however I appreciate to putting your logo on the box but it’s contents descriptor is also visible so my partner accepted the box at our front door. That’s one Xmas pressie that is not going to be a surprise! So just a little disappointed at this end. Sincerely Martin Mulchrone.

This is the first negative review I have ever had to give but worth being aware of. Firstly, I have a friend who has these cushions, and they are lovely, which is why I ordered them.

However.... I ordered 5 cushions on the 29th Oct. After 5 days they had not arrived, so I emailed (as I can’t find a number to call anywhere). No answer. So I sent a message on social media... no answer. Finally, I sent another email and got a response... I was told to call the courier myself. I did, despite the order still showing as ‘processing’ on the order page of the site. The courier advised they were delivered and left outside the front door... on the day in question I was at work and they would have been there for 7 hours... an issue that could have been remedied had I receive ANY kind of correspondence to say items were dispatched. I contacted back to advise of this, to which they responded with an apology and advised a reorder would be sent.... 4 days further and still no cushions. I’ve followed up with 2 emails to ask for an update but no reply.

Honestly, I would buy these in store, but avoid website orders like the plague.

Whilst the quality of these products is great, the after service is poor. I am trying to send back part of an order which I made with them and I have sent 3 e-mails, over 3 days, to request information about returns and have still heard nothing back. This is becoming a stressful purchase.

I first bought a Bronte by Moon blanket 8 years ago from the Yorkshire sculpture park gift shop and it’s still my favourite. I have bought many more since. This time the cushions and blankets were a bit slow to come and I replied to an email asking me for a review to say I hadn’t yet received them. They responded straight away and sorted it out. The mohair cushions and two blankets (bought for socialising outside over the winter) could not be better quality or more gorgeous colours. Do support this fantastic company if you can - you won’t regret it!
