Patrick from Brummstadt went out of his way to assist, even though I had not purchased anything from his company. 5 stars to him.

I had some issues with my head unit and Kevin helped me solve them. He was prompt to reply to my emails and the solution was an easy fix. I'm happy with the product, after sales service and warranty process.

The comunication with Brummstadt, Kevin and Tommy from customer support had help a lot with the fitment before purchasing, the experience so far has been great with this head unit, no lags, carplay works great and the interface is also super friendly.

Just updated my head unit in a 2016 Honda HRV. Best move ever! Great size and look! Gives the dash a more modern look. Reversing camera still works well and I love all the additional features of this head unit. Definitely worth the effort. Initial purchase was smooth as silk and installation support was quick and helpful 👍👍👍

I bought the CarPlay unit for my Mini and had some fine tuning issues at the end but once I contacted support the help I received from Tommy was brilliant and we sorted everything out, the service was fantastic, thank you so much, I’m going out for another drive listening to Spotify belting out of my new system 🎶.

Great product and even better after sales service. Hi purchased a premium head unit for my Honda Civic 2012-15. I'm in Brisbane, Australia by the way. ..Package arrived soon after, with the old to new plugs all included. How easy is this. You can install this yourself!. took me under an hour ...done!. it works great. bass heads will love the sound. I had to toggle off the "Loudness" in the DSP . Had to remove one panel above radio and the left side door pillar trim to route the wiring for the 3 antennas. DAB antenna on the top, and mount it vertically!. I had excellent support from Kevin and Tommy who provided help with assembly and configuration. And the steering wheel controls worked straight away. no probs. All in all great product and Yes i'd buy from them again.

Good quality product and service. Had some trouble with the steering wheel controls and reverse camera not working but Tommy never stops helping me until the issue is resolved.

When I opened the box and saw all the various cables, I thought this is going to be too hard for me, however after watching a YT video it all made sense.
I installed into a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the hardest part and most fiddly is removing the radio, heater/ac etc module from the old bezel and installing it correctly on the new bezel, however there is a YT video covering that, there are a few hidden screws.
Thanks to Tommy I got everything sorted, he was fantastic with his responses.

The customer service was really quite excellent throughout my whole process. After I accidentally bought the wrong unit they were extremely patient and helpful while assisting me with getting my return and refund sorted, and promptly sent the correct unit.
Patrick J in particular was very helpful as they guided me through the whole process from start to finish, replying quickly in a professional manner with effective solutions for all of my questions.

Thank you so much to Patrick for helping me through the installation of the head unit into my car. I had some difficulties along the away and Patrick went out of his way to assist me, guide me through it, consult with the tech team and responded promptly with relevant and clear instructions to assist me. The after sales service from Patrick has been impeccable. It is rare these days to have such fantastic service, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Patrick and the team for getting everything sorted. I am very happy with the head unit and outcome.

This is my second review of this product, as we needed to contact Brummstadt again once we were on the road and acutally using the unit. Initially we had all sorts of issues, some to do with the unit, and some to do with us not knowing any better. Patrick patiently walked us through everying, over an 8 week period, which included me sending him videos of what was not working as we would like it. On all occassions he was able to provide a solution. I think we have finally got it working as we would like it, although I have warned Patrick that he may still hear from us again in the future.

Had a few technical issues with my unit. Tommy from Brummstadt quickly looked into my problem and produced an effective fix for the issues I was having!

Installation was easier than expected the only problem I had was sorting out the steering wheel controls which Tommy sorted very quickly and easily.

amazing after sales support. I have a few different brand android units in our fleet, and this is by far the superior unit and worth the money.

The brummtadt CarPlay dash setup is great. I ordered the 9” with the surround and reverse camera. I was very pleased with the size and function of the unit, works really well and makes the biggest difference to the front of my Van! I was a little unsure of how easily I would be able to fit it as there were lots of components, however once I actually opened it all up it was quite easy. There are instructions available on their website and I reached out to the service team and Patrick was great. Very quick and helpful response from him.
Overall I’m very happy with my system!

Absolutely exceptional customer support from Kevin both before purchase and after, but especially in resolving any issues I had during installation very very quickly with clear instructions and to my 100% satisfaction. I'm glad I chose Brummstadt for my head unit and would recommend them for a quality product and excellent service.

Unfortunately the infotainment unit sent out arrived with the wrong facia to fit my vehicle. Receptive to my complaint, on examination of the photos I sent of the facia misalignment, the company acknowledged their error and sent out a replacement facia. While it may be some time before I can fit the new facia, the company has indicated their commitment to continue to provide support through to successful fitting of the unit. Throughout the process the service and assistance provided by staff (Patrick) has highly professional, friendly and supportive. Despite the initial mistake, I would certainly do business with the company again.

The Guys were great the backup service was excellent.
I had a few hiccups, but they promptly sorted them out.
The Prado head unit is amazing.
