Had a change of mind after ordering just to tweak my selections a bit. Tommy replied to my email in less than 20mins with an easy solution. All in all the request was sorted within the hour, seamless.

Product is great. But after sales service by Kevin was amazing. It had been two years since I purchased the unit and was moving it to a new car, but they still assisted with patience, prompt and clear direction.

I actually ordered and received the complete dash unit for my Mazda BT 50 over a year ago, I only recently got around to actually installing it, only to find that I had been supplied a DAB receiver for a different model. An email to the guys at Brummstadt, and they immediately ordered the correct receiver to be delivered to me ASAP. No questions asked.
I finally installed the very modern looking touch screen upgrade unit, complete with TPMS, GPS, OBD2 scanner, Reverse Camera and Digital Radio today. It looks and works FANTASTIC!
It has definitely brought my 360,000 km BT into the 21st Century.
I would recommend anyone considering upgrading there older car to a modern, stylish in car entertainment/navigation solution to give the guys at Brummstadt a call. Top work guys!!

When I got a new Iphone and it would not connect to the head unit I reached out to the technical support team, Even 5 years after my original purchase of the head unit they were still happy to assist. They provided the firmware update and instructions to get my system working with the new phone and helped out with a few adjustments that needed to be made following the update. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Head unit is great and everything works first time they sent the wrong wiring harness but sent the correct one straight away and were very polite when asking for help

Instructions in the box could have been better, but when I contacted the Online Help on a Sunday, I had a response in minutes (7 day a week support!!!).
Patrick J was incredibly helpful, and he had my issue sorted or he gave me advice on what needed to be done. He also followed up over the next few days to confirm everything was working etc.

I had multiple issues with my head unit. I got in contact with brummstadt support, I heard back quite quickly from kevin who had all the answersfor me and helped me get it fixed, he was also keen to hear back to make sure everything had been fixed and see if it needed a deeper dive. All is working well now and I am happy with my head unit upgrade

I thought I was buying a premium product, until I realized that it was chinese junk. If I wanted a poor quality unit I would have spent less than half the amount and got one from Amazon or Ebay. The box that it turned up in was the first sign of cheap junk. I opened it up to find multiple leads none of which were labelled and theres no instalation or operation guide book. So then after multiple attempts with several lead sets I found one that sort of worked. Both sets did not fit all of my connectors so I have 2 or 3 connectors on the car side that are not connected. Then for the set up "plug and play" not likely in this case. It took multiple youtube videos to work out how to sync the steering wheel buttons. Then it burnt out my factory reverse camera as theres no mention in the plug and play set up that this unit outputs a 12v supply to the 6v Toyota reverse camera so had to buy and install a new camera. It took several hours to work out how to get that working. Then the maps day/night back light setting doesnt work on auto so I have to change the setting manually each time I drive the car. The whole thing has been crap and I will not recommend it to anyone and will only warn them of this product

The team at Brummstaddt were quick to responded to any questions prior to my purchase The head unit arrive quickly and was easy to install. The sound quality was better than the original ford unit and connectivity was seamless

Installation was simple with easy plug and play harness and all the clips lined up.
Had a small problem with the Bluetooth/CarPlay option (me not understanding) a quick message to the technical team and Tommy messaged straight back with the solution.

Took a couple weeks to arrive but everything was there and installation was straight forward.

I did have an issue with the reverse camera. After struggling with chatGPTs instructions for a couple hours, I emailed brummstadt and got a reply within 30minutes with the solution.

Great after sales support.

My interaction with Kevin was fantastic. Very prompt replies and explanations of what I needed to do. He explained it very well and understood the issues I had.
Hopefully a future update may make my head unit home screen more customizable and allow me to only show the apps I want to use.
