Excellent communication from initial enquiry period, i.e getting quote and all the information we would need and all the way through to assessment. Kelly dealt with this aspect, she responded timely and with great detail. We instructed them to kindly pay attention to a specific area of worry. Nadia was the surveyor, and her survey was well-structured and detailed. Survey arrived promptly less than a few days after being carried out. Would recommend this company, and most certainly use them in the future. Overall very happy, and great professional service.

We recently used Bruxleys surveyors for a Level 3 survey on a property we’re purchasing and were very impressed with the service throughout.

The survey itself was extremely comprehensive and detailed, giving us confidence that the property had been thoroughly inspected. It clearly explained the findings, highlighted important issues and helped distinguish between routine maintenance and more significant concerns.

The booking process was also very quick, and we were able to arrange the survey much sooner than we expected.

Fantastic service, very clear report sent out within three days and by far the cheapest survey we found! It even included a free drone inspection and Nadia was very friendly and showed my husband the key areas of interest before leaving the property. Would 100% use this company again!

I had really good experience form Bruxleys survey, very efficient as my appointment was booked within 24 hour and I got the report back 48 hours after the survey was completed. The report was very detailed and photo were taken for any area which may be concerning.
