I would give zero stars if I could. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. I ordered on 8/16/25 and my order has not been shipped. I have reached out to the company multiple times with no response. Stay away from this scam company!!

I ordered 3 dolls in April from this store and one had a piece of metal protruding from the wrist. When I sent a message to the seller I was informed that a new pink doll would be sent but I never received one. Ive tried to contact them again and have gotten zero respon and now on Shop app there shop is no longer active.

I placed two orders with Labubuland on May 23 and May 24, 2025, totaling $344.35.

Within 24 hours of ordering, I called to cancel both orders on May 24. The company falsely claimed the items had already shipped, which was not true — the charges stayed pending until May 27, meaning they could have canceled but refused.

After placing the order, here’s what happened:
• The tracking numbers they provided didn’t work for over 6 weeks.
• The items finally arrived over two months later — way beyond any reasonable delivery timeframe.
• When they arrived, the products were fake/counterfeit, not authentic, Labubu plush dolls as advertised.
• I made multiple attempts to contact Labubuland by email and phone — no response. Their email account and website are no longer active.
• Upon further research, I discovered hundreds of similar complaints and noticed Labubuland has an average 1-star rating on Trustpilot.

This company is misleading customers, providing false shipping information, and selling counterfeit goods.
They also make it impossible to cancel orders or reach their customer service.

I would strongly advise avoiding Labubuland.

If you’ve already placed an order, I recommend contacting your bank immediately to dispute the charges and reporting this company for fraudulent practices.

FRAUD / SCAM. DON'T PURCHASE FROM HERE!

They give you fake tracking numbers, don't send items (or send fake products if you do reveive something), they take down their website and continually will ask you to be patient while they "process" your order.

I requested a charge back on my credit card as I ordered products in good faith for a birthday present in June. It is 2 months later and my bank has thankfully proccessed a refund for me.
Do NOT order from here! Lesson learnt, I will only purchase online from reputable sellers and after I have researched the company.

This store stole my money. If I had seen the reviews, I don't think I would have bought from this store. Honestly, they stole my money. I filed a report with my bank, and sadly, they said I should contact the store because they can't do anything. I placed the order on June 29th. A month ago. And these shitty thieves stole my money, and they're still sending me messages to my email telling me my order was pending, and that the order was for $460. And I said, "No, I already placed my order." I replied to someone. "Erica, who supposedly contacted me?" They wanted to continue stealing more money from me. Sadly, they managed to steal $106 and change, but no more. But sadly, I'm disappointed because it was for my niece, and I was incredibly eager to receive it. How do people exist?

Definitely scam! I’m still waiting for my order from2 months ago. They emailed saying that my item is in transit and beyond control
( which was most likely a scam lie) they didn’t respond to my emails either ! So disappointing. Not bothered with requesting refund as nothing will be done anyway .

SCAM. Ordered from them and had to contact my credit card company for a refund because when I emailed them, they never responded. However, they did respond to my bank saying that they did ship the item and I never reached out. So now I’m stuck with this charge for something I never even received.

they used to be hippersworld “selling” smiski and sonny angel hippers for 50% off and changed their domain to labubus ITS A SCAM they will send u a fake shipping tracker (they will never send your package)

Never received my order spend $150 nothing

It is a scam. My wife ordered from this site and later we realized the website closed and we haven't heared back from this company. No tracking was given. Fortunately, the credit card company reverse the payment.

Fake. 10 teeth. Wrong material. Wrong expression. Ears all over the place.

They are now operating as labububoxes

SELLS FAKE ITEMS! Claims the items are authentic but they aren’t!! They sell twisted fakes, that aren’t even good fakes!! I hope they choke on the $34.95 they made from my sale. I filed a PayPal claim. Good riddance bubulands, just sad to SCAM people only wanting to purchase designer toys. You don’t have to lie about being authentic. 😡🤬

Even 1 star is to much for this absolute joke of a company (if you can call it that) DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. you will not get your order. They will give you a fake tracking number or just completely ignore you. Luckily I got my money back from my credit card company but some people aren't so lucky. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible- complete waste of money. Waited 8 weeks with no order or refund ever showing up. Avoid!!!!!

Scammers they took my money and never sent me my order.

I ordered mine in the beginning of June. Site is down. Tracking was terrible. They responded to emails. And I finally got it today. Almost 100% sure it’s a fake.

Total scam. No refund and fake emails about how their website is down and no they have totally disappeared.
