Scam - avoid. Never received product so they are taking payments for nothing. Fraudulent company and should be investigated

Absolutely awful experience. I never received my order, nor any proof that it was shipped, nor a refund.

I placed my order on July 5, 2025, and was given a nonexistent tracking number. When I followed up, they claimed they were “working to resolve the tracking issue,” then stopped responding to emails. When they finally replied, they said they couldn’t issue a refund unless they received the unopened order back — which I never received in the first place. Then they sent the same non recognizable tracking number again.

I am now filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Avoid this seller at all costs. Completely untrustworthy.

Ordered from these 3 weeks ago , said 3 weeks to receive as coming from china nothing came so I got a refund from PayPal to which they then emailed me to cancel chargeback I said no I'll pay u if and when I receive .

Order placed, money taken and that’s about it! The tracking ID was wrong and then the website and the email help address are shut down so no help. It’s been almost 2 months so not expecting much. Do not use!!!

Complete scam. Fake tracking number and now their website is deactivated and you can’t contact them. Reached out to bank for dispute

So I’m giving a 3 as waiting to see whether the product is fake or not when it’s opened! I’ve had the same problems as people have mentioned in previous posts regarding problems with websites etc. when this first happened I did get a reply from someone about my order. The tracking order didn’t work etc and then emails bounced. Assumed it was a scam. ( even though my had received an order successfully) contacted my bank and luckily they sorted a refund for me.

To my surprise - i received it in the post today. Nothing relating to Bubulands on the parcel. No delivery email from them but somehow it arrived! Time will tell whether it was worth the wait. ( daughters birthday gift)

Awful company. This is a scam. Website shut down after order. No way to contact them. Ordered limited edition stanley cups and got scammed.

I had a long wait for it to come but it finally did come after 9 weeks of waiting. I thought it was a scam at first but turns out it’s not.

100% fake! Pop Mabt on the label .. and poor quality took nearly 20 days to arrive!

Place an order on 5/29/25 spending $125 USD. Received confirmation of my order along with a tracking number. Reached out a couple of times to check on my order with no response until 7/6/25 when I received a generic email from Bubulands stating the following:

We regret to inform you that we are experiencing technical problems with our website due to a temporary block by our hosting provider. We understand your concern and would like to assure you that **this will not affect your order or the service you will receive**.

**What's going on?

- Our online store is temporarily inaccessible for reasons beyond our control.
- All confirmed orders are being processed and shipped as planned.
- We are working intensively with the supplier to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If you have already made a purchase, you will receive your order within the stipulated timeframe. We will send you updates by mail with the tracking number.
- If you have initiated a chargeback by mistake, we would appreciate it if you could cancel it, as **your purchase is fully valid** and we are fulfilling our commitment.
- If you have any questions, please contact us directly at info@bubulands.
We know this situation is frustrating and we deeply appreciate your patience and trust. The web will be operational again soon, and as a gesture of gratitude, all orders will come with an EXTRA LABUBU gift

Fast forward to 7/20/25 and the tracking number I was sent still says that the electronic info was received but nothing has shipped. I’m beyond livid that this site was not legit and that I am now out $125. Because of this experience, I am now extra cautious when ordering from any website. It seems there are more and more scammers taking advantage of people these days. If you try to look this site up now, it says it can’t be reached and if you reach out to customer service, you get a bounce back.

scam, never received my order they gave me not even a real tracking number link. and took my money i ordered 2 different labubu surprise boxes and never got them and now i cant even contact them anymore

Total scam, like all the other reviews (that we should have read before ordering) - save your money!

They disappeared and the webpage is also gone. The package was never received and they don’t respond for a refund. Had to place a dispute with the CC company to get my refund.

Definitely a scam took £22 and it’s not shown 5 weeks later and the site has disappeared it’s crazy how in this day and age this can happen and they just get away with taking people’s money m,I hope they all step on a plug or Lego

Should have read the reviews before purchasing from here. Most definitely a scam, I placed an order on 30/6/25 with a 7-12 day delivery window. During that time I had an email about their main website being blocked by their hosting provider and would not be able to check my delivery tracking details. Still not received my order and the email they provided for support says the address does not exist or is not receiving emails. So I cannot get a refund or get in contact with anyone. DO NOT USE THIS SITE PLEASE! 🙏🏻

Delayed info for tracking, coming up with utter nonsense when asked about. Told them to send correct details and never heard from them again. Surely there’s a way to remove them.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Scam company that no longer exists. Buyers beware of similar scams

definitely a scam.I didn't even receive my order. they took my money, gave me a false tracking number after 2 days of placing order and have disappeared since. its been over 50 days.
The 1 star is the minimum allowed when actually should be a minus 5 star review :( disappointment and anger in an understatement

I would give negative stars if I could! I ordered
AND PAID for The Monsters Blind Box (energy), around $37 total. Right after the money was taken from my account, I got a confirmation email with my Order number. After, I tried the tracking number I was provided through the Shop App and the status continued to remain on ‘creating shipping label’. Now, every time I go to their website, their page is GONE. Even when I attempt to email customer service, it says the site isn’t there! I did, however, receive an email saying they were having website issues and to please not give a negative review because it wouldn’t affect my order. Funny how they can email me, but when I try to email them asking abt my product and money, I can’t! Now I have no product and lost the money! I ordered on June 30 and still have not gotten anything. I won’t even get into how upset my 8 year old daughter is.

If anyone reads this please do not buy from them I wanted a labubu so bad I didn’t want to wait so I bought off this website they took my money refuse to give me a refund I emailed them 2 times they say the same thing “your order will arrive in 10 days” it’s been 2 months still no labubu. But luckily I now own two labubu cause I ordered on an actual website and was patient it’s not worth buying from this site to get scammed.
