Do not buy from this company paid way over the odds for two labubu’s almost two months the ago and still none arrived every time I messaged company they said it would take 10 days this was said 4 times ! Asked for refund which they refused ! Disgraceful

If there was a 0 I would give this website a 0. DO NOT purchase from this website. I bought a birthday present to a 10 year old girl who is waiting for 5 organ transplant. Her condition is very critical. She really wanted these bubulands. I click on view your order section, and a message comes up saying the site can't be reached!!! I emailed them, and received an email from postmaster@outlook saying that the destination email system rejected your message.
Shame on you bubulands!!!!

Zero Stars. DO NOT ORDER!
1. I have NOT received any products, I have been waiting almost 1 month.
2. Photos on the website are genuine, however other people have reviewed and photographed the items they received and they are FAKE!
3. Website has been deactivated/deleted.
4. Tracking numbers given do NOT work.
5. Asked for REFUND & they continue to tell me the same crap:

I ordered a Big Into Energy blind box about a month a go. It said it would take about a week to come, and to this day it has not. What a scam...

Ordered June 17th got an email that I'd get it in 7-10 business days. I finally sent them an email got some message back saying they found my order and gave me a "tracking" number the tracking just shows it's in transit from China to USA doesn't show where and that I would have it in 10-14 days. That was 12 days ago. Now their emails are offline and website is down. What a scam.

Item took a month to receive and had a stain on it. I can’t get through to them on there website.

I have no comments....the biggest scam ever.

I read the reviews after buying an item from bubulands.com and tried to cancel but they said they couldn’t. All items were in £ but the website is operated from China. That wasn’t clear from the website- they sent me emails about postal delays and sent me tracking info but it never worked. They replied to all my emails and although I was worried it would never arrive, my order finally came 6 weeks after ordering. The bubuland toy is cute and as advertised but it was a long wait to get it…

I placed an order with them on June 15th. I received any response email saying they received my order. I haven’t heard a peep from them since. I have been trying to check my order (every few days) and never received a tracking number. But to my surprise today, I can no longer access the website. I emailed them before going to the website so I guess there will be no response just like there no website!!! I’m so po I’m calling my creditor first thing in the morning to dispute this mess. Hopefully they’re able to refund me (sigh)!

It’s a total scam. I ordered few staff totaling over $150. I received tracking info which never gave me any tracking movement. I wrote them and they replied twice repeatedly saying it’s shipped and will be delivered in 10-14 days. And all of a sudden the website disappeared!!
Email bounced back saying the address couldn’t be found. (Info@address)
They are total scam. Beware people!!

Complete scam. They present themselves as authentic labubu sellers, but if you ever receive your order, it's terribly made and blatantly fake. I found this out right after I ordered, unfortunately, so I emailed them to cancel my order. They never responded, so I took it up with my bank instead. But since this takes a while, I decided to email them again. This time though, I instantly got emailed a tracking number that never changed once and emailed back that they sent a claim to the pertinent area to speed up the delivery and that it was already in transit (none of which was viewable via the tracking number, btw, it was still on electronic shipping label). Flash forward to today, I got a surprise email with a surprise package of fake have-a-seat labubus (lafufus). I wish I could post photos here because they look so bad lol. Anyway, I checked the site, and I guess their scam caught up to them because now I can't access it.

I ordered on June 16th.
I have been waiting for almost a month now and the other day I got a email saying their shop was shut down. Their email is out of business too. I’m going to get in contact with my bank and see if I can get my 140 dollars back because this is ridiculous

Ordered 1 before read all the reviews 🤦‍♀️. Tried to cancel but they refused and it’s been over 2weeks. I can’t track the tracking number anymore, email address no valid, website taken down 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I feel so stupid myself! Always got scammed 😢😢

If I could rate this a 0 I would I ordered from the site like so many others. I placed my order june 24th. Its been 2 weeks and no communication. The website is no longer up and the email for contact no longer exists. I have to no go to my bank for a refund because they sure did take the money out the same.day

I ordered on 16th of June, when I emailed them, they just said it was sent and received no further contact. It is a SCAM! THEY ARE FAKE. The website now no longer exists, and I am disputing the charge with Paypal.

Complete scam! Ordered 2 and then the website was taken down. The contact email is no longer available. Calling my bank tomorrow to hopefully be refunded the 70$. Should have looked at the reviews but I was fooled by a well constructed website. Smdh
