Fantastic find
I was fed up of paying over the odds for seeds, so I gave budget seeds a try. I wish I had found them sooner, great quality, great prices and great delivery. I will not use anyone else now for my seed supplies.

Not received order
Emailed multiple times following order not arriving they said it would be with in a few days when I emailed initially and they have said it was delivered, which it has not been. Emailed multiple times and not received a response after being told it should have been delivered. Poor customer service on this occasion, having used them before it was good but i will not be using them moving forward.

So impressed with this company. Great prices, website has all the info you need for growing. So far this season I've had really good germination and fast germination too. Couldn't be happier!

A good price for the seeds
A good price for the seeds, better than most places. Great choice, it would have been nice to receive the seeds a bit quicker but that was probably due to the Royal Mail than to Budget seeds. I would definitely consider using this company again.

Cheap high quality seeds
Budget seeds are a fantastic company. The seeds come in no-nonsense packaging with quick delivery. The price is unbelievable for the quality and quantity of seeds received for a home vegetable garden. I’d definitely recommend and will be back for more next year.

Great for budget gardening - excellant range / prices
As I have a very small budget to brighten up our planters at work, Budget Seeds was a great discovery for me. A huge range of seeds, with all the information you require to grow them - just online and brillant prices!! I purchased a really wide selection of annuals and added some for my own garden too.
I'm not the most patient so growing from seed is not usually my preferred option but at these prices I can happily afford to give it a try.
Seed packets are clearly marked and arrived in a jiffy bag - not bad for £1.30 capped postage!! Dispatch and receipt was really quick too.
Looking to brighten up your garden on a budget or even to try growing your own fruit and veg? Give this company a go

What a fantastic company/ Very impressive.
What a fantastic company. Their customer service is just spot on. I tried ordering some seeds but was having problems on the payment page (probably something I was not doing right) so I sent an email, it was 22.04 on a Thursday night, explaining my difficulties. I received a reply the same evening advising me that someone would be in touch on the following day.
True to their word Craig rang me the next day, put my order through and opened an account for me. I then got another email early afternoon to confirm my order had been despatched.
What great customer service it was a pleasure to do business with Budget Seeds. I will be using them again. Very impressed.

Having ordered seeds on the 8th of this…
Having ordered seeds on the 8th of this month & they have still not arrived!.I have sent 2 emails asking when they will be delivered & the reply is that they should arrive in a few days??.seeds are sent via a 48 hour royal mail service so should have been here by now.I will now look elsewhere for my plant seeds & hopefully they will arrive on time.!!!!!!Hi just an update it is now Saturday 3.15pm & my order has still not been delivered??Bearing in mind your reply to my review it is now over 4 working days since you gave my order to royal mail even bearing in mind you had my order Monday am.I am sure customers would expect there order to be delivered in less than a week no matter how you word your posting process.

Dear Christopher ,In regard to your review above I think it is only prudent that I should reply with the facts we discussed on the phone this morning
Your order was placed on the 8th March a Friday out of hours ,the order as explained is there fore printed and packed on a Monday and shipped Tuesday from us ,and into Royal mails hands and to there sorting office that evening ,the service you chose was £1.30 for delivery 48 hour tracked ,so Royal mail are still within their time frame to deliver . I trust this clarifies the process in full and that when other customers look at reviews they will realise that the service is not in fact overdue ,but we do appreciate feed back as it represents true reflections of customer expectation.
