Bug Pets LTD Avis

Lovely spider arrived quickly, packaged well, and in good health

Quick delivery even after having it delayed due to cold weather. Spider was safe and warm arrived with no issues

Great place to buy bug pets and accessories. Delivery was always on time and the animals are doing great. Everything came nicely packaged to avoid any incident during delivery. Will definitely order again in future.

Bug pets has been brilliantly helpful, I had so many questions before ordering a Praying Mantis for my nephew’s birthday and Cathy got back to me quickly every time. Malachite (as she has since been named as she is green and African) arrived on time and in fine shape with all her associated housing, plants, kit and food, immediately grabbing a live cricket when offered, to the delight of her new owner, and tearing into it vigorously. She has been active and happy ever since, and the living environment looks amazing. Thank you for making a little boy and his family very happy 😊

I have to say I am over the moon with both the service and my lovely spider Alan.
Not only did I get great value for money , loads of advice but I was given products free .
