The products are good but the delivery for online orders is a hit and miss. I placed two orders and both had issues with deliveries. The drivers just dont seem to have a care in the world of whether... Voir plus
Bought timber with 10%excess for any defects, splintering warping etc. Didn't need the 10%, everything was perfect. Delivered on time with friendly, helpful driver.
1st time using this company, was a breeze!! Order online and was ready for pick up. Let them know you've arrived and staff brings your item to the car park!!! They definitely need to open more branche... Voir plus

Good price and a fast delivery..…
Good price and a fast delivery..Only problem was with DPD as they left it outside my front door and live on a main road so wasn't ideal .. Had to send someone to my house as worried it would get stolen .. Not the Builder Depot fault they were good to deal with and would buy from them again ..

I’ve used the builders depot twice now…
I’ve used the builders depot twice now and both times the drivers have been charming!! Both were professional, but friendly and real assets to the company!! Would definitely order again from here and highly recommend!!!!!

I ordered and paid for 20x 2x3 2.4m C24…
I ordered and paid for 20x 2x3 2.4m C24 timbers and got 20x 2x2 2,4m timbers. Petty theft from BD, pity. Needless to say all timber was wet… time critical work had to be done with inferior timber.
Bad and wrong products delivered, I shall not be back to BD for any timber in the future. Delivery driver was most unhelpful and argumentative, he bambuzeled me into signing “order received “ so he wouldn’t have to take wrong timber back and come back with right timber.
I’ve just received reply from BD about this feedback and no surprise they passed the buck to “another “ department I should contact about this problem. Why can’t right department acknowledge feedback in the first place? To simple and honest thing to do. Best to frustrate customers and pocket the Ill gotten gains. = builders depo , disgusting

We are very sorry to hear that you received timber in the incorrect size and that it arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. We understand how disappointing this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these issues at the time of delivery or subsequently, as our records indicate that the goods were signed for upon receipt. Had we been notified, we would have been more than happy to arrange for the goods to be collected and either replaced or refunded as quickly as possible.

Excellent buying experience, let down by the delivery company.
Product in excellent condition, as described. Item was despatched promptly - but the delivery company, DPD, was VERY POOR. I sat at home waiting with my front door open, only to receive a message stating that a delivery attempt had been made and that I had not been at home to receive the package, so then had to go to a collection point. V frustrating.

Only listing stock unlike jewson, listing prices, having a fast website not some piece of junk from 1999, delivery was great. Rang up to confirm delivery, managed to speak to a person quite easily. Travis Perkins is next door to where I’m working but they’re awful to deal with. Good price & service, tracked delivery etc.

Very easy to order online and deliver arranged and communicated well. Delivery arrived on the planned date and time with notification of arrival. Driver helped to unload and place the items where I needed them.
