Bought timber with 10%excess for any defects, splintering warping etc. Didn't need the 10%, everything was perfect. Delivered on time with friendly, helpful driver.
1st time using this company, was a breeze!! Order online and was ready for pick up. Let them know you've arrived and staff brings your item to the car park!!! They definitely need to open more branche... Voir plus

The delivery driver was treated badly…
The delivery driver was treated badly by the company and just told him to figure it out. Also, I bought insulated plasterboards and two of them were simply missing the insulation. Additionally, they were very conveniently placed on the top and bottom so that you couldn't see that they were missing.

Price is decent but consistently poor customer service, they saw my phone number calling through and they rejected the call… and the delivery service they choose to use is completely unreliable.
