The loft hatch I ordered was some 50% cheaper than anywhere else at Building Plastics Wales, shipping was free and it arrived earlier than expected. What more can you want?

Delivery cost was more than the cap…
Delivery cost was more than the cap ends I ordered. They would have fitted into an envelope with a second class stamp for £1 rather than the £5.99 delivery cost!!! I even called and spoke to someone about it but was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Product was fine but i ordered 2 lengths, luckily as they came completely smashed in half I emailed the company and heard nothing.Now luckily for me I had just enough to do the job that I needed or I would have put 1 star.

Great service experience
My enquiry was delt with knowledgeable staff about a product. They even sent a free sample1st class to review item.
I then ordered a 2.5mtr length of "Fether Edge Weatherboard" which arrived by 1st class delivery.
