Avoid this company!!
We needed to buy a door for our new bathroom, we used build world due to the product we wanted being in stock and 2-3 day delivery being offered.
First red flag was no order confirmation, our first contact was an email outlining the 40% restocking charge if the product wasn’t suitable. 3 days later I contacted the company, was greeted by a very uninterested customer service advisor. I discussed my order, only to be told that I will hear from the manufacturer next week to discuss delivery which would mean actually being delivered within 12-14 days, I mentioned that the website is still offering the product as in stock and delivery with-in 2-3 days, they were not interested, I asked to speak to someone who might be interested only to be told no one would be! That I would need to email my complaint.
I’ve emailed and shockingly I’ve heard nothing. This company is dishonest and offer the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

ordering and deliver went smoothly. The product was excellant and the cost very comptitive. Will be ordering again in the future.

Avoid, ordered 4 doors, 3 were out of stock.

They said they tried to deliver the other door but they didnt and wanted £45 redelivery charge, When i tried to cancel they said there would be a 40% restocking charge.

Ordered 3 interior oak doors and they were delivered promptly straight from the manufacturer, Excellent service!

They make it really hard to return something. 40% restocking fee + it needs to be returned with palletised delivery to avoid damaging it means barely getting any money back. I wouldn’t suggest to buy from them at all

What an absolute joke
The website clearly advertises 10-year guarantees also free fast delivery if we spend over £500 you spend on £500 and you still get charged it's only on one item in the actual website It is an absolute joke and fake advertising

Absolutely worst customer services. Purchased doors showing in stock and wasn’t, cancelled the order after many back and forth messages asking to send other doors and refund out of stock door. Still waiting for my money back, will contact Citizens Advise if money isn’t back in my account Friday morning

Misleading delivery time information on the website, difficult to get hold of the support team over the phone, it was first time ever I ordered from a company with 2 star review on google and I regret it, no idea if I will ever get the doors and when it will be. Have been waiting two weeks now, they don't know when it will be delivered, had to cancel builder, it suppose to be 3-5 days.

I rang monday to cancel an order ,received an email saying they would pass the cancellation over to be processed for refund ,rang thursday and they still havmt begun to start the process of the refund ,wish I had read some of the reviews before I chose this company

I had trouble ordering online so had to phone. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
The item was delivered quickly, well packaged and very good quality.

Purchased some solid oak divider doors for my lounge they arrived quick and was top quality and the price was amazing highly recommended

This is definitely a company that I am not satisfied with at all, the doors that I ordered on December 1st reached me on February 11th thanks to my printing. And now I see that one of the doors sent is very different from the door I ordered, how can a person be satisfied in this situation?

I was assisted by a Huz, and he answered all my queries regarding the window. Very well expereinced guy. 5 Stars.

We were never given any updates about our order, no tracking information. After chasing numerous times we were given a delivery date, that date came and went, no ordered arrived, another 4 calls and each time the delivery date was pushed back with no explanation.

If you actually need the items you are ordering I would strongly recommend you avoid Build World as your order is going to be late if it arrives at all.

The doors look good quality at a good price combined with excellent delivery. Shipping was a bit high, but was fast delivered fast.
