Not much I could sell

Most everything in the box was not something that could be sold. I may barely recover the amount on two or three items. I definitely would get a box of new lor like new.next time until I have more money to work with.

Not a great first impression for new customers

I ordered my first box but waited several days after it arrived to actually open it. I was dealing with Cornovirus related business decisions with my full time job. I had ordered several cases to supplement my small eBay store. I didn't realize that there was a week grace period to notify any discrepancies to the manafest. I reached out to custmer service regarding my concerns, but was basically told sorry you should have read our policies. I work in customer service at a 5 diamond hotel. It's my business to resolve issues. I was surprised that there was no effort to keep a new customer, that there was no creative solutions offered. It was disappointing, and left me questioning if I will reorder.

The ordered a pallet and it was packed horrible. The heavy things were on top and lighter items were in the bottom, which caused the lighter items to be broken or dented. This was a new item pallet. I have 1 item missing and at least 7-8 items that were broken. On my manifest the value of 50-60 items were $9.99-$12 each but the actual value of those items were $3-$7. That is a HUGE difference in money and would have been a deciding factor when I was ordering. When a company promotes accurate manifests, guaranteed, you think they stand by that. This manifest was not accurate. I will not ever buy a pallet again. The quality of items and packing was very bad.

Damaged items in new boxes.

I did get good lots and I appreciate that. My comment though has to do with handling. Items in my order were clearly damaged and some were pre-opened returns and not sellable as new. Some were in zip lock bags with obvious broken tops, not leaking but damaged.

The merchandise was handled roughly and unnecessarily damaged. So now when I look at boxes if the item looks at all like it could be damaged, I assume it will be.

Also when looking at a box I take into consideration the items in the manifest and if some of the best items are damaged that makes the the whole lot off balance.

A really nice basket was in one of my boxes and in the photo was upside down in the box. The leather handle was detached on one side. This was surely obvious to the packer.

Another reason I hesitate to order again is because so many boxes have items marked "unknown." Because of the low cost filler items I have found, and some inconsistencies in true original retail value, I can't consider those as sellable, not knowing what they are.

So those are my concerns. I will say that customer service was really good and they did credit me the average dollar amount for those items I found right away. I just didn't expect to have broken items that were packed that way so did not get credit for all of the items since I already submitted my claim. Some of the damage seemed intentionally hidden so that was also unfortunate.

That being said, I am pleased overall with the products I was able to get, have actually looked at boxes but seems the prices end up really high when you can't count on the "unknown" items. So I feel fortunate to have found the lots that I did.

My take away is it would be nice if the items were handled with more care and that damaged items were not included in the "new" boxes.

Price was decent however I purchased an uninspected box and I don't think I will make any money on this box. Half of it was damaged to the point of unable to resell.

Also, it would really be helpful if you could post your stickers for the item in an inconspicuous spot. I can't resell if there is a price stuck to the front

Love the items I had one box that was soaked with liquid kind of had too go through each one and clean them off so it’s what I get for items that are returned and I will definitely try different items thanks for everything
