I gave 3 stars cause I reported i got a scratch item and I buy new not damaged and nothing has been done about it to make it right. I dont understand why nothing has been done about it

I'm a happy customer!!

I ordered one of your women's boot/shoe lots and I was extremely happy with the case. So much so, I ordered another and was equally happy with it as well. I now shop Bulq daily for lots to purchase.

Very pleased!

I have been very pleased with my 2 cases. There was a broken item in the first case and I contacted them and they gave more than adequate compensation for it. Will definitely purchase more from BULQ

Item missing reimbursement is not based on msrp!

I purchased a pallet over a year ago. A $2,500 wasn't in the pallet. They gave me $50. for the loss. I still made money on the pallet just be aware the compensation is based on what you paid for each item. Since I was new they gave me a little extra. That's how it works.

Was good at first But RUN

Was good at first. Then got a box completely deceiving and I thought they would do the right thing. But they told me I should get over it. I’m glad I only put in $2k worth of my money before I realized they are a deceiving cherry picking company. Please run!

Way over inflated prices

Bulq has a case listed now (Portable Audio, Video Games & Consoles - August Steiner, Beats by Dr. Dre, beats by dre - Orig. Retail $5,726) Did a check on some of the prices they list on the manifest, where do they get the prices from? I guess they put what whatever to make the case look good. Example; In the case it list a Blowout August Steiner Multi-Function Chronograph & Classic Watches As8160yg - Yellow Gold Retail 445.00, it is on Amazon for 47 dollars. Go figure.

I am done with BULQ

I have ordered from BULQ several times. It was good enough to do it again, but not so great that I was "hooked". After my most recent experience, I am done with BULQ.

Here's the story...

I like Sun Bum sunscreen and I saw that there were a couple of bottles in a box of brand new items offered on BULQ. The lot was listed with an original retail value of $1324. I looked at the full manifest. It included about a dozen listed items (including the sunscreen) and about 120 items that the manifest listed as having an original retail value of $9.99 each. I thought "wow", I can get some sunscreen and $1200 worth of random stuff for less than $200. Great! The box arrived, it turned out that the vast majority of the "$9.99" items were $1 items (mostly plastic Easter eggs and trinkets). They literally had "$1" printed onto the packaging. My $1200 "original retail" surprise was more like $150 of "original retail" surprise. I basically payed full retail for Easter clearance items, a whole box of them.

What upsets me is this. The items were literally marked "$1". Someone at BULQ (or Target) decided to put on the manifest that these items were $9.99 items. They then used those prices to calculate the value of the lot that they then advertised for sale (a $1324 original retail value!). When I complained, the response was basically "buyer beware".

They heavily promote their "manifest guarantee", but it only really applies to the number of items, not the prices. In the past I have overlooked problems with my orders (for instance, when they include only the empty box for an item listed on the manifest. I know when items are customer returns there is no guarantee on condition or including all of the parts, but, come on, just the empty box? Someone should know better). In this particular case I feel outright lied to, which is unacceptable.

I'm done with BULQ.

The silver lining is that I got my sun screen and my wife got to laugh at me and my box of junk from BULQ. I felt like a sucker because I was one.

BULQ told me there was nothing they could do to help, so I'm left wasting more of my time writing this negative review. When I got the box of crap, I thought "this isn't a problem, I was mislead, BULQ will make this right". Boy was I wrong! Thanks BULQ.

Post Script...

BULQ confirms their stance of "buyer beware" with the contact noted below. Perhaps they should not assign a value to these items if they are truly "unknown", but they do. Their current stance is basically "don't trust the values we use in our advertising". Nice...

Missing Items

I ordered from BULQ before and I have always bought cases of items from them. I would receive the order very quickly and the items were great. I have had no issues in the past and I was enjoying my experience with BULQ. Since I have had no issues with BULQ, I decided to purchase my first pallet. I have never bought a pallet before from this company or anywhere else. It was a big decision for me financially. It came to be a total of $857.00 for me after fees and shipping. I was very excited for it to come, as I have never purchased a pallet before in my lifetime. Once it arrived, I discovered that I had several missing items in this pallet. Before I purchased this pallet, I looked at all the items that were supposed to arrive. After finding out that there were missing items, I contacted BULQ customer service right away. I called the phone number and was told to fill out an Email that was sent to me. They even told me they would take care of this problem. I looked in the Manifest, and wrote down everything that was missing. I sent an email writing everything that was missing. What I am upset about is that customer service gave me a $70.00 refund from all these missing items. The big problem is that a lot of these items that were missing were big priced items. The highest priced item in the pallet was a Lego item that was selling for $200.00 alone. I did not receive this item, and I am very upset. Some other items that were of high value that I did not receive is a box of Pampers diapers that is worth $40.00 and a Hexbug Robot Battlebots Arena that is worth $74.99. As you can see, these were not small priced items. This is the reason why I bought this pallet. Now I am out big time because of a small refund for several high priced ticket items that I did not receive. This is just 3 items I named, I just can't believe I had 16 missing. Because these items are missing, I will not be able to even make my money back from this pallet. I just think this is wrong. When something is shown in the Manifest and the title of what you are selling, the customer should receive it. I even asked if I could have replacement items or other items sent to me because of this bad experience. I was willing to work this problem out with customer service. This experience has really discouraged me from buying another pallet from BULQ.

Totally exaggerated Original retail price. You would be lucky to get back half of what you paid for it back. Absolute junk most went right into the trash.

Would not buy anything from them again !!!

Was disappointed

Was disappointed, I received a lot of junk, I could not resale and a lot of damage items I had to throw away, a few I could resale after fixing the package, or listing as some pieces missing, the last box I bought, was Ok, this one was not.

My secon purchase was not very…2nd purchase unsuccessful

My second purchase was not very successful. There were many opened packages with items missing and could not be sold. I definitely took a loss on this order. Would not purchase this type of box ever again.

the king sheet set in my order was…

the king sheet set in my order was stained with what looked like blood, and the other sheet set was dirty also the throw pillows were , stained . THIS WAS NOT A GOOD BUY .

Loved the purchase...only problem was…

Loved the purchase...only problem was when I went back to re-order bulk blocked my chime card. I was told by them to use pay pal...there is nothing wrong with my car and I have been using it to make other purchases online. I don't want to use PayPal so that's why bulq have not received any more orders from me yet

Top Notch Customer Service!

I was a little nervous to order from BULQ since I've never done liquidation cases before (only sourced via thrift stores and bargain shops). My first box had a few broken items and they promptly responded and refunded me for the damaged items. I've since ordered 2 more cases! I can't tell you how many people I've raved to about BULQ -- I've made $$ from my boxes, kept a few things for myself and enjoy shopping virtually from their app. 5 stars!
