I love the Bulq.com cases that I have been receiving weekly however the cost to ship is high. When I have called to inquire about picking upbmy orders in Lebanon TN I have been told that option is not available. If I were able to pick up as opposed to shipping my orders would be larger and I wouldn’t have to look to other liquidation companies to fill the need of my business.

FIRST AND LAST TIME BUYER
As a first, AND LAST time customer. Receiving damaged merchandise that was supposed to be NEW is unacceptable. The boxes came in undamaged and because I waited 2 weeks to report. (I wanted to wait to photograph for my online store as I was expecting studio equipment.) I didn't know their policy of 7 days to report because I didn't think that when you order NEW MERCHANDISE WITH TAGS, it would come damaged. I received a total of 4 items that were damaged. Customer Service did nothing to help keep me as a customer. STAY AWAY from BULQ unless you want to get ripped off.
UPDATE: I have reached out to your "Customer Service" and they have no resolution other than throw your "policy" in my face. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF for pandering instead of ACTUALLY resolving the issue which is that you are sending DAMAGED MERCHANDISE with "NEW" so if you want to reach out to ME. I welcome it. Other than that. Stop saying to reach out to Customer Service, which "service" doesn't exist. So, unless you are ready to help me with the damaged "NEW" merchandise, my review stands as it is.

Is a great way to get things you need. Drapes, carpets, appliances. I keep most everything I buy and can give away or donate what I don't. I find it a cost effective way to purchase.
It kinda saddens me that I had to leave…
It kinda saddens me that I had to leave this review. This was my big second order from them. I had 3 20lbs boxes. I found one torn item in my New with tags box. I reached out after looking through the boxes (which took me about 2 weeks with my work schedule) they said that they only open claims within 7 days of receiving. Okay but I didn't have the time to do so, and when I reached out it was not "within their time frame". And I emailed them, they stopped answering after they sent me that last email. So yeah, watch out when you buy from Bulq.
4 Cases
I purchased 4 cases of new items. 3 cases were in great shape with some minor flaws as expected. The last case had missing and damaged items that was well over the expected percentage of the case. Once I reported the issues BULQ was quick to respond and credit me for the damaged and missing items. I will be purchasing more cases soon.

Great Company
I ordered from Bulq for the first time but some items were missing from the pallet that were listed on the manifest. I contacted Bulq and they made it right. This is a very honest company and I will definitely buy from them again.

Very pleased with the fast shipment
Very pleased with the fast shipment, unlike other companies I've dealt with. A few items labeled as new were broken and/or damaged, but Bulq quickly remedied it. Extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and will definitely purchase again. Highly recommend Bulq to others.

Years ago I would’ve given BULQ 5 stars ⭐️ but after the last few shipments I’ve noticed a decline in care for the products. They don’t add any shipping supplies to protect the merchandise during shipping. It’s like they scan an item and then literally throw it in a bin. I’ve also received several used or salvage items that were sold to me listed as new! When I complained they gave some money back but it cost me more in time than I got paid for submitting the complaint. Oh and I’ve noticed they don’t label items in the right category. Women’s underwear is labels as kids toys and shoes labels as baby essentials. The list goes on. Also not sure why the quantity of items is always one or two in a box vs a pallet. It is obvious they make boxes out of larger truckloads so why not make them worth every penny. And the manifest doesn’t always show accurate pricing so their price vs what the box is really worth is misleading. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out half this stuff.

There was only a few things that were worth more then a dollar. Most was foam brushes,little kids jornal,journal, plain party table covers that you can get from the dollar store and party paper plates.

Some new things broke in shipping
I realize this is basically an as is type purchase but I did select a new items box so when a couple of the frames I got were shattered it wasn't cool. Also, glass was all over everything else in the box. All in all it waa a good experience, not great.

It costs me more money to do business with them than its worth.
I have been sourcing from bulq for a couple years now, we had one order (3 cases) that came in that where missing hundreds of items. After jumping through their hoops documenting everything that was missing and taking pictures, They sent us a refund. we have purchased several cases from them sense and recently ordered 3 cases of NEW items. 1 case was all new items and the other 2 were used open box returns. Again we contacted them and told them that we wanted to return the items as they are not what we paid for and was given the "we don't do returns, here is a bunch of work that you need to do to get a meager refund." That's 2 times in 1 year that i have had to shut my business down and do the job that they are suppose to be doing to get a refund that doesn't cover my time and effort to correct their mistakes and I get to lose business while doing it. Never again Bulq

Great condition, just all for future seasons.
All items were great quality and all had tags. My disappointment is that while I expected a few items to be future seasons, most were pajamas for a very cold winter and all were long sleeved. I just need to hold onto the entire case for several months. I had hoped to be able to sell a few items now.

Lots of left feet out there...
I have been buying since Feb/21. Most of my purchases have been URs. In this past week, however, I purchased 9 cases, based on the incentives for shipping (buy2, get 1 shipped free). I also decided to by all new--no returns, no salvage--all new. Well, your Customer Service team can tell you as I unboxed, I was snapping pics and sending the pics of shoes that were 2 left shoes or mismatched sizes (shoebox contained one size 9 and one size 8). So when you have 9 total count in your entire case box and 2 are no good, that's a terrible thing, esp when the rubber-banded slide shoes *2 left shoes* could be easily seen by whoever packed the box. There was even a return receipt rubber-banded to that set of 2 left Under Armor slides. Anyway, same problems in another new shoebox. I was given $22 for each case that I reported errors, but honestly it's not the $$ so much as it is now I really don't have confidence that the product being sent is actually new. I'll have to reconsider my sourcing options and whether I'll continue to purchase because when I buy UR pallets, I expect a percentage of problems, but not when I buy new. Thanks for providing great customer service, but let's beef up in the distribution and shipping areas, too. (Pallet shipping is beyond high unless you buy multiples.)

The pallet was a disaster
The pallet was a disaster. Look like it was all just dumped in the box with a forklift. Most of the clothes were outdated and not very desirable. Was very disappointed with my purchase. I spent over 1k and maybe I will get back half of it after many yardsales etc. Will chock it up to a learning experience. Would not recommend to anyone else. Plus the other thing was you can't print out an easy packing slip. Just a huge numerous page spread sheet. Hated this experience.
