bumboo Avis 

We've been using Bumboo for a few months now and have a regular order sorted. The deliveries are quick and easily adjustable if quatities or timings are a bit off. We're still fine tuning our precise requirements but the process seems easy enough to adjust. The quality of the product is exceptional, and one of the main reasons that our quantities have had to be re-thought is due to the fact that these rolls last much, much longer than the usual supermarket rolls we've been buying for years!
As long as Bumboo don't change or introduce huge price rises we can't see why we shouldn't stay with them for ever.
It's good to write a nice review for a change, for a company that produces quality goods and looks after its customers.

Received my very pretty toilet roll yesterday sadly box open and very wet , Bumboo sorted the problem within an hour , also in the evening the courier phoned to say they had found toilet roll in the van and apologised for it getting wet !
All sorted ! Great company !

I tried who gives a crap and like their approach in terms of not bleaching the paper but after a delivery hiccup with them, tried bumboo. I won’t go back. The paper is strong and soft and long lasting. I buy the kitchen rolls and the loo roll which are individually wrapped so if you have them on display they look lovely. I accidentally ordered the kitchen roll that isn’t wrapped and one criticism is that the edge comes loose so unravels in the cupboard. Aside from this I can’t fault it. Great brand, great delivery

I tried Cheeky Panda first and although I was happy with the product I felt it looked like cheap toilet paper and I wouldn’t want to give it to guests. The Bumboo paper is brilliant because it is embossed so it looks more like quilted paper. It’s strong and soft. The pieces are a little small but so what. I don’t like the tissues or the kitchen roll, however, really hard and not absorbent.

Exceptional quality, we get both their unbleached loo roll and also their kitchen roll. Been a customer since Sept 2020. The kitchen roll is so absorbing and I love it. Plus the loo roll feels soft and you only need a few sheets each time so each roll lasts longer than I thought it would. The customer care is great, we had the wrong order arrive once and they sorted it out no problem and with kindness. Deliveries always arrive once time and it’s really easy to edit delivery dates and make any changes on their website. One of the best plastic free swaps I’ve made, good value for money, and a great company!

Started a bumboo subscription about 3 months ago; subsequently moved house, forgot to update my bumboo account details and only reaslised when I was informed that my order had been delivered to my previous address. :( I contacted customer services who were very responsive, understanding and helpful and agreed to provide a replacement delivery to my new address at no extra charge.

Brilliant customer service - I see no reason why I won’t be a lifelong customer! Thank you!

Had to go out of my was to write this. Much worse quality than wgac and bazoo. A but like fine sandpaper.

It also does not disintegrate like toilet paper should.

Only given 2 stars due to bcorp

Regularly blocks my toilet.

And before Bumboo reply - please stop saying it's "uncommon" or "unusual" because there are various other reviews saying the same thing. There is clearly an blocking issue with this toilet paper and your disintegration testing is clearly not fit for purpose.

Very sad as I have never had this issue with Who Gives a Crap or other eco toilet paper brands.

I'm a bit puzzled by the negative reviews on this product, because from my perspective it arrived quickly and is well presented in a cardboard box.
Ok, the sheets are a little on the small side, but the paper seems to be very sturdy which is a plus - there's nothing worse than those 'brownfinger' moments and happily I have had none since using this product (more than I can say for some mainstream brands).
It's probably going to take me a while to work through 48 rolls but I will definitely be buying again when necessary.

I’m not normally a reviewer but this is such a great product I felt I had to! The packaging is beautiful, the quality of the loo roll itself is excellent and it lasts me so much longer than others I’ve tried. The customer service is always super speedy and reliable too. Highly recommend!

I've been buying Bumboo for a couple of years now. It's a really well made, sustainable product. I'm always looking for new ways of minimising my impact on the environment without compromising on quality, and this fits the bill. I've not had to use their customer service (which can only be a good thing!), but delivery is always prompt.

Beautifully packaged toilet paper. The customer service is really good too, very responsive, they replied to me really quickly as I made a mistake in the delivery address and got it changed straight away.

Absolutely love bumboo toilet roll. It's really easy to subscribe and the product is fantastic. I like to try buy as eco friendly as possible but it isn't always cost effective so I was pleased when I found bumboo as it is affordable and better for the environment.

Great toilet roll that is super soft and the delivery was quick too.

My family and I love bumboo. The wrapping looks great in the bathroom and the rolls last so long. Ordering is so easy, making my life easier. Great product and great service.
