I ordered and paid for flowers 6 days…
I ordered and paid for flowers 6 days ago for delivery today.
They are being sent via Startrack couriers from Brisbane to Mackay. They are currently sitting in far north qld somewhere and my workmate doesn't have her birthday flowers today. Flowers shouldn't come in the mail.
I called customer service 3 times and they never got back to me. What's worse, the last one hung up on me. I was crying and asking for a refund which they won't give me.

My daughter organised flowers for my birthday, specifically choosing this florist because the website clearly advertised next‑day delivery, including Saturdays. After placing the order, she was advised that because I live regionally, I was outside the guaranteed delivery area and the courier would not deliver until the following Tuesday. While frustrating, she accepted this — especially as the florist offered a complimentary upgrade with “something gourmet” as a gesture.Unfortunately, what arrived was far below any reasonable standard.The “gourmet upgrade” consisted of a single packet of crackers that was partially opened. The overall presentation, as shown in the photos on other review sites, was extremely poor. My daughter essentially paid for one flower and a bunch of leaves, with no resemblance to the arrangement advertised online. For the price charged, this was unacceptable.The combination of misleading delivery information, a substandard arrangement, and an opened food item presented as a “gourmet upgrade” reflects very poorly on the business. This was meant to be a thoughtful birthday surprise, but instead it was a deeply disappointing experience.I hope the florist reviews their quality control, product descriptions, and customer service commitments so other customers do not experience the same.

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered flowers and paid extra for "mother's day delivery" order arrived 4 days late and after the recipient went away. Stay away!!!!

This is the worst florist/flower experience of my life. I ordered same day delivery for my friend's 60th birthday, but the flowers didn't arrive until the day after. The flowers were wilted and in serious distress and the glass jar they came in was cracked. And the flowers were left at the front gate for the elements to destroy further. Forget their after sales service, it is a complete joke and a waste of your time. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, anywhere but Bunches and Stems!

HEARTLESS FLOWERS, DELIVERED 1 WEEK LATER - DO NOT USE if I could give less than 1star I would.
Searched for flower delivery - next day for a specific suburb as very important because the flowers were to be delivered before the funeral to the recipients home.
On the website on Thursday I selected a sympathy bunch, & delivery address in Newcastle for next day delivery which was very important.
Received an email next day informing me won’t be delivered until the following Tuesday as delivery is outside there delivery area! WHAT THE F*** I replied to the email requesting cancellation & refund was told unfortunately we can’t as they have been dispatched already for Shipping to courier. SO THEY SIT AT A DISPATCH CENTRE for 4 days even before collecting.
Get another email this morning on Wednesday - the day after the funeral (flowers should have been delivered yesterday) track delivery check to see & still in transit for ESTIMATED DELIVERY THURSDAY!
So didn’t arrive for the recipient before the funeral day as I wanted. Missed the funeral day & still waiting………to be delivered!

I placed my order for a bunch of flowers in an INDULGENCE size which is priced higher than the small and large size, on the 19th of June late at night, I understand it was late, however I had the option when ordering to select next day delivery (20th of June) so I did as it was advertised to be okay.
The next day I follow up on the progress and delivery of the flowers as they obviously were a surprise and I am informed that the flowers will not be delivered until the 23rd of June!!! 3 days after the selected delivery date. I was informed this was the case as it was out of the delivery zone, however this was not advertised when the address was put into the order summary.
I asked to cancel and refund my order as this is not what I wanted and they told me that the flowers were already being prepared and would not allow me to cancel my order!!
I patiently waited until today to wake up to an email stating that one particular flower in my selected bouquet was no longer available, and THEY decided on a flower that was the “same price and quality” which is frankly an absolute joke and they are caught out in their lies as this means the flowers were not being prepared on the 20th like they initially said!!!
They stated that for the delay in delivery they would provide a complimentary gift which was as I found a packet of crackers from Cole’s!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Later I find the flowers I paid $80 for are smaller than the small size advertised and look nothing like the picture.
This place should not be providing anymore services to people and this is horribly wrong for the price I paid!!!

DO NOT buy from this company. Don’t even think about it. What I ordered was a lovely soft pink spray of flowers with a bit of greenery. What was delivered had only a few flowers and way too much greenery which was also different to the photo. Also, the photo online does not distinguish between the different arrangements and the corresponding price either. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email so had to call to confirm with people who struggled with English. And these flowers come from a warehouse, not a local florist. VERY UNIMPRESSED.

I think one star is too much for this company. They claim same day delivery if ordered before a certain time. I ordered the day before the very special occasion and believed the flowers would be delivered the next morning 17 June.
Flowers are apparently expected to arrive late today.
When I complained they offered me a credit on my next order which I refused stating that I wouldn't use their business again. They then increased the credit offer refusing my request for a refund due to false advertising and disappointment at failure of service as promised.

Will take your money - not deliver as advertised and not deliver at all - had to chase them for an answer and only offered a 2-4day hamper (when I ordered flowers locally - they lied they are not local and don’t have anyone local) or a voucher for Bloomex!!! No thank you - fraud and illegal business behaviour- now fighting for a refund! Just not ok!

Don’t buy from here ‼️‼️‼️ scam website, ordered on the 27th April to arrive on the 9th of May and it only arrived on yesterday on the 8th of June ?? I either expect a full refund because not only did it take that long, the flowers flat out look like shit they gave me all sorts of colours and it was dead and shrivelled up and didn’t even come in a jar ?? On top of all that I spent 104.95AUD on them so yeah don’t order unless you wanna be disappointed would rate a zero but couldn’t 🤦♂️
Edit: this was the site listed from the website so either it is you guys or been stolen or whatever the terminology is

If I could rate zero stars I would. Steer clear of this company. I had googled Gympie Flowers. This company popped up with the heading Gympie Flowers. Same day delivery.
So I went to order, I had a look for their location but couldn't see one but felt reassured by the ad saying they were Gympie local. I ordered for same day delivery, this was a Friday. Then I got an email saying it was outside of their local delivery area and that the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. I asked to cancel my order and be refunded based on the fact their ad said they were Gympie area. I needed the flowers sent that day. They claimed they were unable to cancel the order based on my email and that I had to email again to cancel the delivery. They kept skirting around my request for a refund, instead asking to keep my business, offered an upgrade, a refund on delivery fee, a full store credit. I finally gave in and requested a gourmet gift hamper be sent. I left it up to them to decide what would be an adequate upgrade and option. I received the hamper a full week later. I initially spent $100 on flowers and delivery fee. The entire contents of the hamper cost $20.25. I could have purchased every item from the local grocery store. Nothing gourmet, nothing special. It was literally a hamper of crackers. And the cheapest bottle of red wine you can get. Avoid them at all costs.

The flowers ordered for Mothers Day arrived two days after Mother's Day, a pathetic small bunch with a teddy bear I didn't order to make up for the crap flowers. Also not free delivery as their web site states. Do not use this company.

Disgusting customer service
Mother’s Day flowers arrived 3 days early. I have never experienced such appalling customer service in my life. When calling and trying to get a refund, the operator kept saying “we delivered it early as we were busy that weekend” like that was my problem somehow. So disappointed. Now I get hung up on, they won’t even talk to me. My emails have gone unanswered for a month. Do not order from this place. And seeing as this company likes to 1. Pay for and 2. Reply to the reviews, here’s my bloomex order number: 2550844 - I will not rest until I get my money back. EDIT as I cannot respond to their comment: Yes the order from from you guys, under one of your many business names. FromYouFlowers. ABN 27 147 609 443. Cheers for nothing.

first order was placed for Mother's Day and the flowers showed up 2 days late and pretty much dead, I would expect better from dumpster supermarket flowers.
I was then offered a credit that was almost impossible to redeem. after countless emails to their "support" team, I was finally able to redeem my credit and decided to send my partner some flowers. From You Flowers claim that they were delivered, however the flowers never showed up.
Save your time and money, go elsewhere for your flowers.

Ordered flowers for 22nd no delivery FRAUD
Ordered flowers for 22nd of may now the 28th no delivery no humans to talk to just a call center who advise they have no manager they can access and just coward message , I can’t speak to anyone they refuse to refund my money or contact me, just auto messages. FRAUDULENT do not use this service practices
And the latest rubbish from them note now over 70 emails to them all requesting my money back and a call and nothing but random automated messages and no call from a manager .
Now been a week and I have no money returned to me

Terrible
Terrible. Delivered a week late, dead and not even to the front door. Left in the dirt at the bottom of the drive way. They are refusing a refund and I’ve had to call multiple times and they never follow through with their promise to get back to me via email. Do not use this service.

BEWARE, do not use this company. They do not deliver on time, mine were suppose to be delivered yesterday and they still have not delivered. Customer service, there is none. They will not refund me. 1 star only because i had to.

They took a week to deliver but promised next day and when I tried to cancel they would not give me a refund. I would give no stars if I could. They just responded to this review saying they have no order it’s not them but this is one of the email replies I received from them: Reference: Order #40063
