Burgerking Avis 

Had a chicken burger meal today at terminal 2 Dublin airport, I was 3 bites into the burger when I got a 3 inch plus long human hair in the burger, unfortunately I discovered it when it was in my mouth, totally disgusting,
It will be the last time I’ll ever eat in a Burger King again

3 Adults and we all had burger and chips. We unanimously agreed that it was the best burger and chips we've had in Galway.

Order costed me €51.65!!!

12 chicken stripes. One kids chicken burger, 4 small chips, 4 milkshakes and a latte. So 4 kids meals and a coffee. Coffee was forgotten and I had to go back for it. It happens to be fair. There is no screen showing order in this drive thru like in some other places. One can't see price sum while ordering. Just poor qality speaker. I asked for kids sizes. I think I was charged for everything individually but even if I was €52 is a lot. Unfortunately restaurant has not provided receipts so can't verify. Just a printout of order list attached to the take away bag (To compare for similar order in other places in Tullamore expect to pay between €25 to €35 in individual charge so this is why I don't understand why here is almost double the price) Save your money go elsewhere. The qality is not worth the double charge food is average and milkshakes where half melted already, very watery anyway.

This order is according to chain management worth €52 (12 chicken bits kids chicken burger, 4 small chips 4 milkshakes and a coffee) Why?

Very disappointed with the service. My daughter ordered delivery to the address 5 mins away from Burger King Navan. After an hour it said on the app that the food was delivered...she rang them saying nothing was delivered to her. So the short story they told her she can get the money back 5-7 working days and that the driver delivered it to someone else. I mean what kind of bussines is that...driver didn't even bother ringing her after he couldn't find the address. Not to mention after that we couldn't get them on the phone at all. Very unprofessional but now seeing all the bad reviews I am not surprised.

Godt nok det værste sted jeg nogen sinde har bestilt mad hos og gør det aldrig aldrig mere. Bestilling kl 18.10. Nu kl. 19.24 er de ikke startet med at lave den i nu. Virkelig dårlig service. Føj.

12euro for a burger. Not even a meal. Burger and a regular coke came to €16.05 Crazy prices ! Burgerking, sort your prices out that's ridiculous

Food lovely, staff polite. But let down by the dirt and dreadful state the seating area was in. Food and rubbish all over the floor and staff just standing behind the counter chatting amongst themselves

Got my order wrong and I’m alergic to what they put on it

BK at Dublin Airport is literally the worst fast food joint I've been to. Horrendous queues....
My tip is to go to some of the restaurants at gates 305 to 307... so much quieter.... no queues.... plenty seats.

Filthy toilets absolutely disgusting dirty floors ,no toilet paper broken seat do they actually clean the toilets.The smell of blocked drains hit us as soon as we walked in,and put us off eating .Never again!!

That literally was the worst Burger King service I have EVER received!! I can’t believe you have actually employed some of those staff, if I’d behaved in such a manor in my job I’d have been sacked on the spot! The front of house team were acting like we should be paying them. My chips were cold and my burger mediocre. Perhaps if the staff spent more time concentrating on what they were actually supposed to be doing as opposed to laughing and joking with each I wouldn’t be writing this. My unborn grandchild could have done a better job! That was 25 mins of my life that I’ll never get back. Sadly it seems I wasn’t the only one having the same issues and that was only when I was there. I would strongly suggest you have words with the manager and the staff! I shan’t be visiting again. Burger King Dublin airport T1 must be the worst ‘fast food’ joint in the world. No machines for ordering ever work, leaving you to queue up for counter service. The process then is to take a customers order, take payment, prepare order, give food to customer then take the next customers order! This leaves a massive queue with waiting times at nearly an hour for overpriced, overcooked food. I have never had a good experience with this place in the airport and would avoid it like the plague.

Ridiculously bad service at Terminal 1 Dublin Airport!!!!!! 10 machines only 2 working! Machines are so bad you can’t order what you want!!! Would rather starve next time!!!!!!

I bought take way food Angus steakhouse dont come bacon and my drink like water

Was very ill after chicken strips,I knew they weren't right because they were mushy and tastless, but I eat them,never again, and they charged me for an extra tea bag,so I got two teas applepie chicken strips and asked for extra tea bag, was charged for 3 tea,😡
