whopper.ie This is the home of Burger King in Ireland according to their website.

Not surprising then that they clearly couldn't care less about their rating at BurgerKing IE on Trustpilot.

Check out these marketing slogans from Burger King and you will see my issue - and their false and misleading advertising.

My daughter has a food allergy. Just the one but it's significant.
She was today catching a flight out of Dublin T1.
One of the longer flights from T1 and given the current overwhelming level of incompetent management of Dublin Airport by the Dublin Airport Authority, Ryan Air (which are blameless in this) sent an email requesting you arrive at least two and a half hours before your flight. So three hours drive to get there three hours early for the flight time she arrives at Dublin Airport.
Hungary she heads to Burger King and asks for a Whopper Cheese meal with water as the drink, and importantly, no sauce. She hates tomato ketchup both the tase and as the fructose (HFCS) (invert sugar syrup) in many cheaper ones gives her dreadful cramps and makes her violently ill.

"No, we have everything pre-made and we just heat them up in the microwave"

It's easy to see who she is on security camera, she's the one with the American group behind her traveling on in Europe. They heard the reply and took issue, walking away in the end.

And they were right!
There's no excuse for not making a burger to order. Especially when it's the main part of your USP and having made so many in advance, you should have plenty of time free to do your job properly.

Shame Burger King Shame.

Food made me ill, burger wasn’t heated up again fully can’t see myself using them again.

I don't even know where to start... Burger King in Enfield service station is outragious. Me and my family stated an order for some food on the screeen.... All good so far, once meals are ready, 25min later.... the man at the counter shouts our number and there we go.....

First, there is no tissue whatsover in the bag... fine.... No straws fors drinks..... Ok I can ask for them.... We open the family of 4 order bag and everything is so mixed that it is hard to distinguish if this is our order.... My Oreo milkshake was not ready due to a machine being cleaned, ok, I eat my food and I will come back later to find out that this machine is out of order and you will get no milkshake today.... All this happening in the shop with 20 orders on the list and no people to facilitate them.... In my opinion this was the last time I stopped there, even if my car went broke,,,, would not recommend!!! Avoid Enfield service station unless it's for a pihsss lads!!! Thank you!

Almost 5 years since the Brexit vote and 10 months since it took effect, it's astonishing that supply chain issues can still be happening. Advertising a product and delivery a diminished product month after month. This is Ireland not the UK, you should be able to source the ingredients and packaging you need from the EU after 10 month of problems with your current suppliers. Leaving your customers facing staff with no reasonable excuse other than Brexit or supply chain issues for so long is unfair to them. If you can't delivery on your advertised product you should tell people when ordering and discount the price for what you don't have.

Have not been in Burger King for a while, all i can say, the food was freshly made and hot when i got it, and l was served fairly fast.

Love Burger King and their staff. Especially love chilli cheese bites 😍

Everytime you use the drive tru they forget something. The amount of times i have gotten home and somethings not in the bag. Then you can't be bothered to drive back because your now annoyed.
The foods fine be the service is just about average.

Can't recommend enough. The meal sizes aren't just big in size. They are big on actuall taste. Thats something that a lot of other fast food companies just missed. This just proves that fast food can look, and taste good.

The taste is perfect every time and the service is fast and reliable. Big thanks to all the members of the staff that work hard to bring us quality and excellent service.
