The delicious, award-winning recipes are designed to meet pets’ needs instead of exceeding them. In 2022, vet and founder, John Burns was awarded an MBE for his impact on pet nutrition in Britain and his charity work in West Wales.
Burns has sold over 3 billion bowls to date and proudly funds community projects since 2006.

Excellent product and good customer service
It is easy to place an order and my 'girl's' kibble is delivered on time. Aileen provides good customer service.
I have 5 Labradors who enthusiastically eat their kibble. They are healthy with shiny coats and none are overweight. My 13 year old has eaten Burn's since she was weaned as have my other girls.

My food is on a 10 week subscription, always have reminder, always arrives on time - 3 Labrador Retriever still love the wet food, use it as a topping on their kibble. Excellent. Thank you

My order was late but only happened once and they were moving factories my dogs 🐕 love this food no more fishy oders from full glands they have the best shiny coats may be a bit more expensive but it's worth it

Happy Labradors
Good product improved ordering online and good communication in delivery. Happy with all aspects of Burns. Use it for our current Labrador snd it kept our last chocolate Labrador healthy for 14 years.

Excellent my terrier is 11years old. He has had burns wet and dried food all his life and he can’t still jump and race after his ball with speed and agility.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service, dealt with a issue i had very quickly. As for the food my dogs thrive on it, their coats are lovely and shiny, and not loads of poo either so no rubbish in it. Reccomend trying it.
