Poor communication around delivery dates
After making the order, the email said the expected delivery was in two days. Got another email later the same day saying the order has shipped and the expected delivery was in two weeks time. At no point making the order was this communicated to me until the payment had been taken and the order was changed to the "shipped" status, so I'm still waiting for the items to arrive.

There was I initially a mix up regarding my product, no fault of your company but a delivery problem. In no time whatsoever the mix up was corrected and re-ordered and arrived within a short space of time.
I was informed that you needed to refund me for a paint finish on my product. Most company tell you that it will back with the customer within 5 working days. This was not the case a my refund was immediate. Definitely 5 stars ... thank you
