Rewriting our existing wills.
My wife and I employed Jayne Ashworth-Baynes of Burtons Solicitors to rewrite our wills following a change in personal circumstances. From the first meeting we had with her Jayne has acted in a friendly and professional way at all times and has taken us through some of the more legalise areas of the process. We have had two face to face meetings with Jayne and any other matters have been dealt with promptly by e-mail. We have now got our new wills and are very happy with them.

Natalia in the TW office did a super job setting up two new PoA and a Will. From co-ordinating input from family members to finalising the formal legal documents, she was professional, polite and also endlessly patient. Excellent comms throughout too.

Helen in the Chatham Office was professional & understanding
Helen at the Chatham office handled the conveyancing for the sale of my property. From the start she was extremely helpful, informative, and always reassuring. Even when issues beyond her control became understandably frustrating, she remained calm whilst I on the other hand became irritated.
Unfortunately, those issues ultimately became an insurmountable problem that could not be resolved and as such I lost my buyer.
Nevertheless, I am very grateful to Helen for her patience, professionalism, and understanding throughout the process.
I am now exploring, subject to costs, whether this insurmountable issue can be addressed through another department at Burtons.
