Our manager has asked that caller to refrain from using inappropriate language when purchasing business class tickets. The passenger purchased non-refundable discounted business class tickets, which are classified as "final sale" and are not eligible for a full refund. Airline tickets are perishable products with limited availability, and their prices fluctuate based on factors such as supply and demand, booking windows, and other variables. If passengers could cancel tickets for a full refund at any time, airlines would be forced to raise prices to offset the risk. This is why non-refundable fares are often the most cost-effective choice. Additionally, the passenger requested to change their flights for free after ticketing and was rude and disrespectful to our booking agents.

Eventually after many emails I got a ticket for 23-Jan-2020 (ONE WAY TICKET)
(Through Delta, bought with air miles by businessfirstinternational.com) but when my mother and brother arrived on Amsterdam airport the ticket was not valid. Had to buy at the airport a new ticket.
Now they state (2 years after this review) that My mother did not show up. That is a complete lie.
My mother was good in time, time enough to buy a valid ticket from KLM on the same flight.
Refund was promised (I have all details black on white on email and phone) but till today no refund and zero replies back on emails / text messages.

Our agent reached out to the KLM office on behalf of the passenger to inquire about the status of their ticket. The KLM ticketing office in Amsterdam confirmed that the passenger did not check in on time at the airport and was classified as a no-show. The KLM agent stated that no refund would be issued for the non-refundable ticket. The office emphasized that the passenger must adhere to the airline's ticketing rules and regulations and advised the passenger to contact the KLM office directly to request a refund.
