I been pkay with 2 cards FOR OVER 2 YEARS
1 with my married name and the other with my maiden name,
When they k went to upload my new card with my married name,
They asked for a legal letter and a copy of my bank cards
WHICH I HAVE TOLD THE BANK TO WATCH MY ACCOUNT
Butler let ne deposit with no problem, but to withdraw,
This sent me with stress and anxiety, because I promise my granddaughter the money so she could get tickets for k pop,
This started my anxiety up,
They put it down to gambling
Which is far from the fact
If you see how many times I.play bingo.uou know I have not a problem
But I explained to them I promise my granddaughter the money
But they wouldn't listen
They came back, they want my marriage certificate
Well that definitely took me over the edge,
I stuff from ptsd
My ex husband beat ne up and stabbed me ,

Abd anything about him sends me into overdrive
But yet again butler did not listen, they put it down to gambling
So I did take pills , but thank God they didn't work ,
I calked my councillor, who is like a angel,

THEY KNOW THIS WILL SEND ME OVER THE EDGE. BECAUSE I EXPLAINED TO THEM,

INSTEAD GETTING MY FUNDS STRIGHT AWAY
THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAIT,

AVOID this site! I am at the point where I truly believe I’m being scammed! They were happy to take the deposit but come to withdraw and it’s taken them 4 days, 50 emails of identification verification, I’ve sent everything from a selfie to my passport to 3 months of bank statements and still they haven’t approved it or resolved the issue and are still holding my funds.
I’ve tried to message on the chat for help with the overwhelming emails (50 in 3 days from one site is insane!) and The chat was closed down on me as I was typing.
Horrific site anyone thinking of joining don’t! They take your money and block you from getting your winnings back!
