Answered my email quick and continued to updated me on my missing order!!

Great, responsive customer service.

I was happy they had the selection I wanted. I paid extra for ice, got 4 bags of it, to make sure it would stay cold. The box arrived with my six bottles in a regular cardboard box with some ice packs that were already hot, not cold at all, none of them touching the wine just placed in holder spots. There was nothing keeping it cold, I thought some sort of styrofoam or something to hold the cold in.
All six bottles warm/hot to the touch. The $20 extra for ice was a waste. I emailed twice waiting a few days to see if I could get a reply but nothing.
Wish I could have included the picture of how they arrived. Bittersweet to find the wine only to be disappointed. I gave a 2 since they actually had it vs places that didn't, probably should have gave a 1. Maybe your experience will differ. Will post an update if they ever respond.

My question was answered quickly, my request was granted, and Lupe offered more help if needed.
I love the selection of red wines and updated my subscription to fit my needs.
I couldn't ask for more.

Excited to try all the Stella Rose wine series. Everything came in perfect condition. Only thing, one of the bottles had some dust on it. Not a big deal. The CSA helped me get a discount after I placed my order, because I forgot to type in the discount code.

Ease of purchase and switching the delivery service to Fedex from UPS.

I am totally sold on ordering Buy Wines Online. I recently purchased a small order and was expecting delivery on June25. However, on day of delivery I received email message that my order lost! I contacted Buy Wins Online and they were very concerned, attempted to help me locate pkg. It was time for my delivery to arrive, and I thought I'd check my front porch -- just in case! Well, there was the pkg! With the help of the Merchant, mystery solved! No rhyme or reason, but there it was. Neither one of us could understand what happened nor why I received message Pkg Lost! So, with temperatures in high 90s and low 100s I was able to chill my wine, pour a glass, and thoroughly enjoyed every sip! Thank you "Buy Wines Online."
