I wish I would've read the return policy. They charge you for the return shipping AND for 15% restocking fee. It was cheap. It was see through. It was itchy. I bought 2 dresses, and returned them both. Or at least I am asking if I am able to. You cannot return them without emailing them to ask for the address?

The shoes I ordered (which were pictured as being made of leather) were so toxic smelling of plastic that I had to leave them outside for several days. They were junk.
The design looked nothing like the picture. This site, which claims to be in North Carolina but is actually in China, clearly stole a Free People image to advertise their horrible product.
Then when I asked to return them (because they look like trash), they told me I would have to pay shipping charges and a "restocking fee."
Don't order from this company! They are liars and cheats! Seriously....don't do it!
EDIT: Mayberry's response is insane because I DID reach out to them directly. And they told me a bunch of nothing that amounted to me paying a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping.
I understand me paying the shipping fees (which they also required), but an additional restocking fee? These shoes looked so much different than advertised. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. These shoes are complete junk.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews and I could’ve saved myself the time and money. I ordered shoes, and when I received they were absolutely horrible, they smelled and the quality was bad, I mean really bad. The straps were sticking out of the back and I was told that wasn’t a defect so if I wanted to return then I had to pay the 15% restock fee/shipping/customs. After back and forth for two weeks they offered me 25% refund. Lesson learned. I would give a negative if it allowed.

I ordered shoes and they didn't fit and the quality was very poor. It took them 2 weeks to reply to my request for return and when they did reply it was to offer me 10% of the cost of the shoes or 50% store credit. They claim to be in South Carolina but I believe they are an international scam.
Consider yourself warned.

While the $58 sandals looked amazing on their site, the shoes I received are an embarrassment! They came wrapped in bubble wrap—no box—and smelled of chemicals. Cheaply made, with weird gold tags that said the word “Hong” on them attached to the top of each shoe, which was NOT in the photos online. These shoes look like they came from Payless. NOT WORTH the $60 I paid.
I should have done my homework on this one, so lesson learned. I feel frustrated and absolutely duped! Their 5-star ratings on their site have to be fake.

I wish I had done my research and read reviews before ordering. Return policy is misrepresented. When I asked to return the jacket I was told I had three options: 1) I could keep the item and get a 10% refund. 2). Get a 50% store credit or 3) return the item OVERSEAS and pay for return shipping, customs duties and pay a 15% restocking fee. In other words, I'm screwed out of my money. Totally unethical business practices. If that is their return policy, it should be stated on their home page.

I ordered shoes that were advertised as orthopedic and with arch support for foot problems. They were not even close not even as good as shoes from Shein. There return policy is impossible with a restocking fee and shipment to China. This company is a scam. Please beware.

What a horrible company! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The dresses were definitely not like what was shown online. I have no idea what material they used to make these dresses.
Customer service is HORRIBLE, 4 choices to return. Option 4 to send them back I have to pay shipping plus $15 restocking fee. Who does that with clothes that are in a bag???

I placed an order with this company under the clear impression that they offered a 30-day money-back guarantee, which gave me confidence in making the purchase. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing.
To begin with, I did not receive the item I originally ordered—the shoes sent were not the correct size. I promptly reached out to customer service to resolve the issue. After waiting three days, I finally received a response apologizing for the inconvenience. However, instead of offering a straightforward resolution, they stated that I could keep the shoes and they would send new pair only if I paid an additional $14.95. This was surprising and frustrating, as I had understood their return policy to include 30-day guarantee period.
I replied to clarify that the mistake was on their end—they had sent the wrong size—and that I should not be responsible for paying return shipping. Since then, all communication has stopped. I have sent three follow-up emails and have received no response whatsoever.
At this point, I am left with a $60 pair of shoes that I cannot use and no viable way to return them, despite the company’s stated policy. The lack of accountability and complete breakdown in customer service is unacceptable. It is incredibly disappointing to feel misled by what appears to be a dishonest return policy.
I will not be purchasing from this company again and would caution others to think twice before ordering.

I’ve been going back and forth with them for almost a month. They keep saying they are doing a service ticket. I want to return items for a refund. They want to send me exchanges and charge me $14.95 for each exchange. I do not want any more products that are substandard. I just want a refund and to return the dresses. I got a reply and was told to email them AGAIN! They said they would issue a service ticket for about the 10th time. I asked point blank how to return inferior products and if I would get a refund. No response. Do Not Buy from this Company!

I wish you had negative stars because that was my experience. I ordered 5 dresses. They were so cute in the pictures and description. The problem is that none of the dresses looks like the pictures. The colors are off, the material is thin, cheap, and see-through (of course, no lining for how much I paid). I wouldn't be that upset if I thought I was ordering from Shein or Temu where at least you know you might receive bad quality because it was priced so cheap. I honestly thought this was a company out of North Carolina. It said right at the top of the website 30 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS! Well that is a lie isn't it! The website also states, " 30-DAY RETURNS
If your piece isn’t the perfect fit, you can easily return it within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction always comes first." I didn't give it a thought and ordered. I contacted them for a total return. Their answer was to give me 10% so $19, a 50% store credit (if I think their clothes stink now why would I want $100 more of them) or their full refund where they take a 15% restocking fee and then will give you whatever amount of money back that they decide even if you didn't put them on your body. Can you say SCAM! This website needs to be shut down. I reported them to the FTC (this site wouldn't allow me to post the link. Google it) You all should do the same.

I ordered 3 items for $153.88 from Mayberry. None fit. I asked how to return for refund. After much back & forth, I was offered 10% refund & keep items, or $50 credit for a future purchase. All I want is an address in the USA(Mayberry claims it's located in NC)to return items, cannot afford to mail to China (or Belgium) which they are requesting plus I have to handle all customs documents, etc. Company needs to refund costs for items that don't fit if they want return customers.
