I ordered a blouse

I ordered a blouse. The wrong size was sent. I could not return it ( I guess because they are in China and it would have cost ME more than the blouse to ship it back to them) quality of blouse was awful. I will be donating it.

this was truly a nightmare

this was truly a nightmare , the quality of the dresses they sent me was just terrible, I am sure Walmart has better quality. and the way they present their product on their website its nice....but !! when you get the product well it is a very different story. and the stress they make you go through its just unbelievable,, i spent $85 dollars and they wanted to reimburse me only %15 percent and started to tell me all this extra fees. I thought they keep 15% NO at the end after all the extras, you can end up with 15% refund. Horrible experience.. but, I should of look into reviews before buying anything. so please check before you give your money away.. you will not see it again that is for sure.. just sad

DONT BUY FROM BYMAYBERRY.COM!

This company sells garbage! The pictures online the site are deliberately misleading. The quality of the items is worthless. The return policy is deliberately cost prohibitive. Their location is a lie, they are located in China. The items were shipped from Jamaica NY. Returns are required to go to Asia at buyers expense plus a restocking fee. But the worst part is the total lack of quality of the items. Pictures online are deliberately the site of beautiful clothing but what you get is extremely cheap. Terrible, would not put it on my dog. Rags!

HAS ANYONE BEEN ABLE TO COMPLETE A RETURN?

I am not able to return items I am not happy with. I have written mutliple reviews and they respond immediately.
Not enough - I need them to allow me to return as they say on their website. 3 weeks since I have been requesting to no avail. This company is a SCAM and they are not aware the importance of customer service in this country. Things in China might be different but I will make sude I reach out to as many people possible to prevent them falling for this SCAM and save their money.

DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES

The business is represented as Mayberry North Carolina on the website, suggesting the company is US based. The day my shipment arrived I quickly went back to the website for a description of the product to see if I somehow missed that the shoes are made of a cheap PLASTIC. All of the shoes I purchased had been removed from the site. The only resolutions offered by the company are 1. 10% refund, 2. 50% store credit, 3. 100% refund with all shipping and customs costs paid by me and no guarantee the return will be accepted.

Stay away !

Took forever to get the item and once i did the quality was horrible and sizing is way off! Then to return it's cost almost as much as the item to send back with a stocking fee on top of it. DON'T order from this co...items are shipped from China and when you order you don't realize it and that's why it takes so long to receive the item.

Buyer Beware!

I wish I had looked at reviews first. Lesson learned. Ordered 2 weeks ago and my order is now just being shipped - from China! They make it seem like they are in North Carolina but that is not the case at all. All returns must be shipped at customer's expense back to Asia and you pay a restocking fee. Buyer beware!!

It says "Mayberry North Carolina" on…

It says "Mayberry North Carolina" on their website. Come to find out its all junk from China. You have to pay for returns to China. And there is a 15% restocking fee and a bunch of other stipulations you should read like I didn't before purchasing. Buyer beware. Poor quality. You are NOT getting a deal. I'll update with whatever other shenanigans they try to pull because it says they can deduct additional for this or that, but I figured it will take a while for the return to process and I want to spare you all being ripped off.

Horrible

Slow shipping. No tracking updates. Quality horrible. Material horrible. Sizing wrong. Customer service wants a reason why you are returning each item. You must pay shipping to Japan to return an item. When I told customer service I wanted to return all items, they quit responding and you only have 30 days to return items, so they have made sure I am stuck with them. I could buy much much better quality items from Walmart!

Don't buy!!

Don't buy!!! The quality of clothing is poor and looks cheap. The return will cost you more money than the items you bought. What you see on their pictures and what you buy is completely different. Don't waist your money.

Nothing as advertised, cheap junk.

Shoes were advertised as orthopedic. These are the cheapest plastic shoes could possibly be made from. These straps are far too large to even hold the sandal to the foot to wear. The flip so bad they can’t be worn.

The materials of the upper shoe portion is as cheap as the bottoms. Customer service is a joke. They have a return policy but require you to pay shipping to ASIA. The “North Carolina” is to make them seem like an US company. So, no point in trying to return shoes cause it would cost too much. These are $5 shoes at best. Fit is horrible. The buckles on the shoes weren’t even buckles but cheap hooks. Smell toxic the second you open the packaging.

This clothing store is a sham. The clothes are very poor quality and the advertising is false. They look nothing in person like they do online. Again - VERY POOR QUALITY. And to make it worse you can't get a refund. They just jerk you around until you realize nothing is going to happen.

If I could leave NO star I would the…

If I could leave NO star I would the shoes were labeled orthopedic when I got them they were NOT! All three pair are on Temu for as little as $1.17. The charged $69.95……for one shoe. The keep offering to give 10/15/ or 20% back…..worst experience! Mayberry is horrible…… SO THEY RESPOND ON THIS PLATFORM THEY HAVE MY INFORMATION NO RESOLUTION

Not worth my time and money

Not worth my time and money. Terrible return policy.

I didn’t like the color and material and requested a refund.

1. First there is a 15% restocking fee plus shipping fee which I’m ok with as I was aware of that before I purchased the boots.

2. After I emailed them about the return request, they responded a few days later with please choose another item for a discount. I said no thank you and requested my refund a second time.

3. A few days later they sent me an email - clearly AI generated….using stall tactics and almost seem like begging.

“✨ Option 1 – Keep the Items + 10% Refund
We'll issue a 10% refund directly back to your original payment method — no shipping, no waiting, no customs fees. You're welcome to gift, donate, or repurpose the boots however you see fit!

🛍️ Option 2 – Keep the Items + 50% Store Credit
Receive 50% of your order value as store credit toward any future purchase. The credit never expires, so you can use it whenever you're ready — and no return is required.

Both of these options are truly the easiest and quickest way to get this sorted for you, especially since international returns can involve additional shipping costs and customs duties that we'd hate for you to have to deal with.

That said, if you do prefer to return the items, here's a quick overview of our standard return policy for your reference:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact
• Return shipping and any applicable customs duties are the customer's responsibility

It took them 1 day to post their response to this Trustpilot post and no follow up to my 4th email request for return instructions. I’m worried if I’ll ever see my refund. I will be updating this post.

We have
to reimburse the whole shipping cost from their location to my place, when you only return 2 out of 7. CS never reply to many emails I've sent.

Clothes are made and shipped from…

Clothes are made and shipped from China. They arrived& were cheaply made, not as pictured & when I tried to return them they send a zillion emails trying to draw out the process and ultimately tell you you have to pay to return them to China and lose 15% restocking fee. So yeah, wish I had read these reviews and never bought a thing. Complete waste of money.

Fraudulent online store

based on beautiful web design and product photos, i ordered a pair of $99.95 shoes. a week later the shoe arrived, in platic shipping bag without a box, packed just like any product I bought from Temu. inside the plasting bag was bubble wrap and the pair of shoes inside. the ornaments were tape with cheap adhesive tape. the glue mark was visible outside of the ornaments and ruined the aesthetics. now the shoes hurt my wifes feet we wanted to return. dumb me, I never checked it's return policy before ordring. 1. the customer has to pay shipping back to China. 2. there's 15% restocking fee. this is fraud. Avoid at all cost.
