Great food and tasted like home cooking. Would like more choices

Excellent food, nowhere near similar to a regular ready meal as they taste homemade! We love having them as a treat when I don’t feel like cooking and the portion size is very generous too.

Terrible, first delivery cancelled then 4 items out of 11 ordered turned up 2 minutes later defrosted.Not impressed.You should stop using DPD.

The texture of the Chicken tikka masala was slightly undercooked.

The food was very tasty. However 2 out of 5 trays were sqashed which meant the packaging had split open.
The delivery box the trays were packed in was intact.

Sorry, but I am here again. Another disappointing Fish Pie to wade through. The packaging says 'Generously filled with sustainably sourced Smoked Haddock 6%, Cod 7% and Salmon 7%'. 20% of the Fish Pie is Fish, really. That is not 'Generously'. My Fish pie had less Fish than even that and this is the third time I have complained about the lack of Fish. I have read all the reviews on Trust Pilot about myRuby products and the overriding complaint is not enough main ingredient. This is a fundamental problem and you need to listen to your customers otherwise you will not have any.

These are delicious home cooked meals that are well proportioned and good value .

The delivery box was solid . On opening the brown wrapping paper was damp ; as was the outer cardboard sleeves of the meal pots !!! On uncovered further I found the Boeuf Bourguignon cellophane wrapper was open and defrosting ! I sent e mails and photos…. But no reply?? Still awaiting reply to this correspondence…. I have previously ordered food and told many family and friends about ‘ BY RUBY ‘ …but no more !!!

I have yet to try the meals I ordered (which were paid for using a voucher that was gifted to me by a friend as I recently suffered a bereavement) but I was disappointed with how they arrived. The food had already started to defrost as the packaging was insufficient in keeping them frozen, which in turn meant that the box had become wet and was collapsing. The package was left on my doorstep even though I was at home and I brought it in within 10 minutes of it being delivered once I realised that it was there.

It was great to be able to have the meals delivered to the door, especially as the food was for my elderly parents.

ByRuby is the best. So lovely to be able to gift such delicious and wholesome meals to our friends. We live in another country and I would love to be able to hand deliver home cooked meals, but as I can't, this is the next best thing.

Following a delivery with damaged goods, the company were extremely quick and courteous to resolve our issue.
So far we have only tried the Mac & cheese but it is fantastic!

Thank you so much for making such delicious meals for my family. They loved them & said it was the best Thai green curry they had ever tasted. Thank you
