1st having you guys on my side very comforting I was very stressed out .very fast reply getting the facts and straightening the out the process and getting back to me in a timely manner I never felt I was hanging out in limbo. getting answers that I tried with the loan company that I spent hrs doing and getting nowhere with them . Just a great service that Savi does !!!!!!

This is the worst company that I have worked with when it comes to loan paperwork. I spent many years submitting paperwork to them. They have been bought out 3 times and the last time my new email was never added. I have been trying to figure out why they couldn’t access my account. I discovered it was bc it was never transferred over. Not only that, but my paperwork was never documented into the student aid platform which is what they were paid to do. Don’t trust this company with your information because you will probably have to resubmit the paperwork on your own anyway!

Everyone is extremely knowledgeable. Their response to my questions and concerns is spot on, even when the govt got it wrong. I urge anyone wanting to work with this team should definitely upgrade to Savi Pro. Worth every penny.

What made my experience great was the knowledge of SAVI personal about the issues that I wanted to resolve and thier desire to help me. I have interacted with two of Savi personal, Kyle and Madison, and both of them have been very helpful, understanding and knowledgable.

Was asked to submit needed docs and was given perfect instructions on how to get them from CRI.

Support is very quick and direct. They patiently help till you are satisfied.

I work for a company called UCHealth in Colorado and they advertise having this is one of their benefits and I really don’t find it that useful, I don’t know what to do and I never know how to log on or what to do. Also, I can’t afford my payment. I’m an hourly wage Frontline worker and I really don’t even have enough money for food right now. I’m hoping this country just collapses and everybody starts fighting in the banking system gets taken down, that’s not a joke. That’s like the only hope I have is for America to collapse.

Having SAVI do the paperwork with the new plans was very helpful. However, that’s where it ends.

Having to send an email to find out what Davi’s phone number is frustrating.

The SAVI website isn’t very user friendly.
After submitting my paperwork SAVI came back with a repayment plan that forgave $200k with a monthly repayment around $500.
I selected that plan and completed the submission process.
I wanted to download the forgiveness and $500 plan that SAVI found for my records - but it is nowhere on the site.
In a response to my email about that I was told that was just an estimate.
I clearly remember the feedback stating that SAVI “found” a plan - to me, that’s not an estimate. And, not being able to download that plan info means I have no way to confirm the plan I selected.
I received an email from my servicer showing a repayment around $300. Then I received another email from my servicer showing that my IDR plan was approved and my new monthly payment is now $691 at least
for the next year.
I used SAVI based on customer reviews in the hopes you’d be able to find me an affordable repayment plan. It seemed that you had - and now I’m saddled with almost payment of almost $700 a month.

Rio was extremely helpful in finding the root cause of my issue. He guided me on finding the best solution and even took the time to consolidate my files so that I could upload my documents. I had very specific questions about the process and next best steps and he guided me perfectly. School loans are stressful enough as it is, so I greatly appreciate all of Rio's help. Also, this was the first time I used Savi's chat function and it was so easy. I love how you could share documents in the chat. Thank you!

Very helpful staying on top of everything going on with student loans and Parent Plus Loans. Customer support is great. 👍

Not worth it. If I followed their "advice", I would've ended paying way more on my student loans every month. Also, to get your process going, you will talk to multiple people. Each person will ask you to email documents but you cannot have an email conversation with them as most of them close the tickets! You end up starting again contacting a new person giving you different advice on what to do. It took more work to work with them than to do it on my own.

Savi has been a life saver. Navigating the constant policy changes and ensuring proper documents submitted was a challenge but Savi kept me in the loop and made it easy for me to know what to do next.

I have always received fast accurate service from Savi when I have questions or need help with my account. I have complex student loans and Savi has been great help for me.

SAVI knows how the complex and confusing system of student loans works. They got me plugged into the system correctly and now I've only 24 payments left under PSLF! You can trust that they will help you through this confusing web of rules, deadlines, and confusing jargon!

It was so easy to start and follow thru with process of getting reimbursement for my credentialling.

All of my experiences with Savi have been worth my Savi Essential subscription, highly recommend! Recently I received help with documentation for PSLF. This service provides a lot of peace of mind.

Don't waste your time or money
I signed up for the Essentials plan due to some complicated questions I had and the promise of 1:1 support. Well the 1:1 support is more than 90 days out. Now I am trying to get a refund. Buyer beware

Savi has been wonderfully helpful! Everyone I have communicated with have been extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
