I'm not sure about current status of payments, proof of employment and idr?

I was advised by Savi to consolidate my loans to qualify for PSLF and now my loan has doubled. No clear direction on what SAVI is doing for me

Patient and knowledgeable

Customer Service doesn't exist. I reached out for help in February repeatedly. An auto-generated response is sent stating that they got the inquiry and will respond in a few days. However, nobody ever responds, and the "ticket" is eventually closed. Now in October, I'm reaching out to Savi support for the exact same issue that was never resolved.

Savi Student Loans - was instrumental in helping me achieve my PSLF! Thanks to their amazing customer support and one on one assistance I was able to finalize my PSLF. They kept me informed and educated throughout the entire process and I can only hope that others find their way to Savi and experience the freedom I do today.
