Hi Ela,
This is so special to read 🤎
The fact that your anxious pup jumped straight into one of our bags and instantly felt calm honestly means everything. Creating pieces that feel like a safe, comforting space for dogs is such a huge part of why we design what we do.
We’re so honoured that By Teddy has become your go to for accessories since then. Thank you for supporting our small brand!

From big moves abroad to busy city days, By Teddy has honestly been with us through everything. We’ve reached a point where we don’t even think about leaving the house without it.
Lola loves it. She happily curls up inside for a break, and it’s been a lifesaver in places where she’s only allowed in if she’s in a bag. She’s comfortable, relaxed, and totally content in there.
It’s one of those things that just works in real life — practical, well made, and genuinely useful. 🐩💼❤️

Hi Irem,
This is exactly why we do what we do 🤎
From big moves abroad to busy city days… hearing that By Teddy has been part of your real life moments with Lola is so special. The fact that you don’t even think about leaving the house without it is the biggest compliment.
We love that she happily curls up inside and feels relaxed, especially in places where being in a bag makes all the difference.
Thank you for sharing this and for letting us be part of your journey with Lola 🐩💼❤️ It truly means the world to us!
My 40kg pup loves his clothes!
I love By Teddy! I have a Giant Schnauzer pup who weighs 40kg atm and he loves wearing the clothing in a size Large, it fits with extra room also. The pieces are such amazing quality and just have an aspect to them that other dog brands don’t. I would recommend them to dog parents who have pups similar size to mine as the clothes are just gorgeous and timeless! Xx

⭐️ 1 star Refund refused despite legal return, emails ignored
I returned my order within the legal 14-day cancellation period. The parcel was delivered to me on 4 December and I posted the return on 16 December, which complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. The law is clear: the customer only needs to send the return within 14 days — not ensure it arrives at the warehouse within that time.
Despite this, By Teddy refused to refund my money and issued store credit instead, relying on their internal “policy” rather than UK consumer law. Delays caused by couriers or warehouse processing are not the customer’s responsibility.
When I challenged this and referenced the law, they stopped responding completely.
This experience raises serious concerns about how returns are handled and whether refunds are being intentionally avoided. I would urge the company to address this publicly and explain why UK consumer law is being ignored.
I would not recommend shopping here

Hi Patrycjia,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are really sorry to hear that you felt frustrated by this experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify things.
Your order was delivered on 4 December. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify a retailer of their intention to cancel, and then a further 14 days to return the goods. Our returns policy is written to reflect this legislation and to ensure we are operating fully in line with UK law.
Based on the courier tracking and the dates recorded on our system, the return fell outside of the timeframe outlined in our policy, not the dates you have provided. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we processed a refund for you despite this.
We would also like to reassure readers that refunds are never intentionally avoided. We are a small team, but we work hard to stay on top of return, exchanges and respond within our stated lead times. Throughout this process, we remained in contact and responded within those timeframes.
Our goal is always to be fair, transparent and consistent for every customer. Where we are able to exercise discretion, we do so thoughtfully, and in this case we chose to do that in your favour.
We are sorry again that this situation caused frustration and we truly wish you all the best moving forward.
Super soft and cute!
I love the outfit I got for my dog and she is nice, cosy and warm in it. It’s easy to put on and super soft.
My only suggestion would be some more colours, maybe a baby pink!

Unmatched quality. Design-led and loved!
Our dog Evie is super precious and we always ensure her bedding, clothing, and accessories are of the highest quality.
We trust By Teddy to deliver upon this time and time again. The quality of product is exceptional, there is no equal we feel and that is also encompassed by their design-led product.
Our home is also very particular and designed aesthetically and the By Teddy products are the only ones we have found that perfectly suit our soft furnishings.
Amazing product loved by us and our dog Evie. We will continue to support!

Hi Daniel,
This is such an incredible review to read, thank you 🤎
Evie sounds very loved and very lucky. Knowing that you trust us time and time again with her bedding, clothing and accessories honestly means everything.
Hearing that you feel the quality is exceptional and design led is the biggest compliment. We work so hard to ensure our pieces feel elevated enough to sit beautifully within thoughtfully designed homes, while still being completely dog first in comfort and function.
The fact that By Teddy is the only brand you’ve found that truly suits your soft furnishings is something we’re so proud of.
Thank you for your continued support. We’re so grateful to be part of Evie’s everyday 🧸

Love the products, hope for easier shipping
truly love every product we own so far – from the bag to the leash to the water bottle. Everything feels well thought out, high quality and just wow.
The only downside for us in Germany is the customs fees. Even for small items, they’re unfortunately quite high, which is such a shame because the products themselves are amazing.
I really hope you continue to grow so that this will one day be a thing of the past. You absolutely deserve it.
Love,
Hazel 🤍

Hi Hazel 🤍
This is such a kind message, thank you.
We’re so happy to hear you truly love everything you’ve ordered so far, from the bag to the leash to the Bowl Bottle. “Well thought out, high quality and just wow” is exactly what we hope every piece feels like when it arrives.
We completely understand your frustration around customs fees in Germany. As a small UK brand, international duties are unfortunately set by local authorities and are outside of our control, but we know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating. Expanding internationally in a way that removes those barriers is something we’re actively working towards as we grow.
Thank you for supporting us despite that hurdle. It really does mean the world, and we hope one day ordering from By Teddy feels just as seamless as it does beautiful.
Sending love to you and your pup 🤎🧸
The best clothes for dogs
By far, By Teddy makes the best clothes for dogs. I ordered two jumpsuits for my Chi and Pom and they’re gorgeous. They’re exquisitely made and wash perfectly, despite being cream in colour!
Highly recommend this lovely company, I’ve had many compliments on my dogs jumpsuits and I can’t wait to buy more items from By Teddy. :-)

Hi Bunny,
This is so kind, thank you 🤎
We’re thrilled to hear you love the jumpsuits for your Chi and Pom. Exquisitely made is such a beautiful way to describe them. We put so much care into the fit, so it means a lot that you can see and feel that quality.
We’re especially happy to hear they’re washing well, even in cream. We know lighter tones need to work in real life too.
Thank you for recommending us and for sharing your gorgeous pair in their By Teddy pieces. We can’t wait to design more for them to wear 🧸
