Further to my previous review when I investigated and found that the dress that I ordered is coming from China ,I asked for a refund. I was first offered a credit of 120% on my next purchase if I don’t cancell even though the item was not yet sent and then asked for a cancellation fee of 8% . I haven’t received by refund as yet and hope I won’t have to dispute it through my bank

Have to pay for returns
Ordered a dirndl dress that was £44.95. it took over 2 weeks to arrive and it’s no different to the £15 ones on any website, it’s not very good material, just went on the website to return the dress and found out that I have to pay for the pleasure of sending it back, now I know with a lot of Chinese websites you win some and lose some but it’s probably going to cost not far off £20/30 to send it back to china,, I would avoid buying from them , update, after emailing them to get a refund they wanted me to take a picture of me in the dress 🤷♀️, after explaining that was not going to happen and I just wanted a refund, they then sent another email saying that I have to pay the shipping fee and another 15% for restocking fees,, in a minute I will have to pay them more money for the fees they are adding never mind get any refund,, honestly save your money and time and do NOT buy from bywildrose
