I am missing 27 out of my 35 items many cabinets were wrong color still have no resolution to the problem. Another note one of the trucking companies you used, the driver was very rude and in a rush (R&L carriers)

Robert, we appreciate your business and are sorry you were dissatisfied. To clarify, 27 of 35 products were not missing. The concern is that some items did not match the cabinet line your customer expected. The photos you provided show that significantly more than eight products were delivered.
We received Boness Construction’s email only a few hours before this review was posted Friday evening. Although we disagree with parts of the review, our customer service team is actively working toward a resolution. Any return or exchange requires coordination and transit time, so we appreciate your patience.

The customer service was great to work with. They looked at the order and if some of the accessories didn't work with the cabinets, they let me know. When there was damage in transit, I didn't have any problems getting it replaced. The cabinets were easy to put together, and the instructions were easy to understand. The instructions were with every cabinet. I'm very pleased with them.

Great customer service!
We purchased cabinets over a year ago. Still love them. I just ordered stain to match the cabinets so I could build custom pantry shelving. I clearly wasn't paying close attention when I ordered and ordered wrong color. Their customer service reached out saying the color I ordered was different from the cabinets I purchased a year earlier. So they actually checked that before shipping and swapped out for correct color. I feel like any other company would have shipped and let this be my problem. I was so happy they caught this and sent correct color!

Assembly was easy
Assembly was easy. Instructions are pretty basic/minimal but easy enough to follow plus the links we were sent to online videos were helpful. All the parts we needed were neatly packaged and labeled. Custom support was also very responsive and helpful.

The cabinets looks amazing
The cabinets look amazing, more than likely going to get some for our own home. We got them for a project for one of our clients. We're literally going to go with the same style cabinets that we got for our clients. Very easy to put together the RTA style ones. I believe that the price is very competitive compared to home Depot or any of those big box stores. Great experience overall little tiny details when it comes to delivery and stuff. But totally fine. Everything came out really good. Enjoyed the experience was easy. Thank you so much!

Love the cabinets but don’t forget anything because you’ll PAY
My cabinets look great and we get tons of compliments!! But make sure you order EVERYTHING you need, if you’re short on anything and want to go back and order it, you’ll pay $300-$400 in shipping even if it’s for something small! That’s the only downfall of this company

We understand that additional shipping costs can be frustrating. However, we would like to clarify that the items ordered afterward were not considered small parcel items, as they included long moldings approximately 100” in packaging length and a plywood sheet panel. Due to the size and handling requirements, these items require freight shipping, which can be costly. To help minimize the expense, we covered a portion of the shipping cost on our end and also provided an additional discount for the order.
