Impressive Quality, Excellent Customer Service
First purchase from CabinetSet and would highly recommend. Great quality cabinetry. I ordered a vanity in slim shaker. Included an expensive pullout organizer under the sink cabinet. I was contacted by CabinetSet before charging and shipping to inform me that the pullout will not fit under my selected vanity. So impressed by this customer service. Others would have charged and shipped the order as is. So happy with my entire experience.

The professional staff at cabinetSet.com are just that, professional. They know what they are doing and offer truly valuable thoughts and advice. My husband is a contractor and does a lot of kitchens and he was very impressed with their knowledge. In addition, you can't find nicer people who really want you to be happy with what you buy. The product lines are good quality and the prices are even better, particularly when you do comparison shopping.

You placed an order for a color sample on December 27 for $2.99, which covered both the product and shipping. The product was shipped from our location in Pennsylvania the next business day, and it arrived at your location in Utah four business days after shipment. This delivery timeline aligns with industry standards and our advertised shipping timeframes.
Regarding the color variation, it’s important to note that colors may appear differently across screens due to factors such as display settings, brightness, contrast, and individual device calibration. Unfortunately, we have no control over these settings, which can cause slight differences in appearance.
We strive to provide the best possible service while keeping costs reasonable for our customers. While expedited air shipping options are sometimes available, we cannot afford to use those options for a $2.99 order without significantly increasing the price.
We understand that your experience may not have met your expectations, but we truly value the dedication of our team in ensuring smooth and reliable service. We hope this explanation provides clarity, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Look elsewhere. Cracked, chipped, assembly holes aren't line up, color isn't uniform across cabinets, instructions are often very basic, exorbitant shipping fees. Overall, not worth it.

Huge Variety & Great Quality
Cabinet Set offers a large variety of colors and styles. My husband and I have looked at several companies advertising RTA cabinets, but none have compared. We have only ordered samples, but the packaging and shipping experience was high quality. We appreciate that Cabinet Set offers color samples; other companies only offer full door samples for a much higher cost. We are excited to purchase our cabinets in the coming months!
