Site seemed a little off initially so was hesistant. Purchased a dell pen. Was considerably cheaper than dell website and expected delivery far sooner. Was delivered in two days and email correspondence was fast and polite. Definitely will use again. Thanks so much.
Seriously Impressive Service
I had never shopped with Cackle before so was a little apprehensive, but I'm happy I did, their service is seriously impressive. I ordered late on a Friday afternoon (4:06PM), my order was confirmed and shipped on the same day, with emails keeping me updated along the way. I will definitely shop with them again.
Not as it should have beenust bought a monitor stand from…
Just bought a monitor stand from crackle and could not assemble it. The arm did not come down, just too strong to pull down, even with the monitor affixed. Also the rotation did not budge. Just stuck in one position. On calling the first time was told they have had problems of this nature before and should return it. Having contacted the company again to get a postage bag to return the item. Was told I needed to pay postage it back even though it was faulty. Anyway returned the stand and after prompting for a reply got a video of it working and a note saying a screw was in the arm, and one needed to loosen an alan key screw. No mention of this in assembly sheet. And on top of it a $75 service fee.
Now, service is normally measured by helpful suppliers to customers. Not once did anyone from crackle mention any of the above procedures, or that a technicians would be involved....or a cost to get the unit workable.
Service would have been to call up and advise how to over come this problem. And with modern telecommunications could have been sorted without all this toing and froing!!!!
Great rang of product and price
Great rang of product and after support. Cackle is IT hardware supplier for my work and it is very convenient.
Definitely recommended over PB tech and other hardware supplier as Cackle has better product rang, Price and Customer care.

Initially disappointing service but it seems to have come right
I ordered a Grandstream DP752 Base unit and corresponding DP730 handset to replace my old faltering phone. Was very excited when it arrived, unpacked the box and plugged everything in with the base unit connected to my Fibre modem. However no connection with my landline number was established. When engaging the help desk I was informed that the phone was only VoIP and I did not have that. When asked how to remedy the issue was told Cackle had VoIP but their platform does not support the Grandstream phone that they sold me!!! Then when I asked if I could return the phone for a refund I was told I would be stung a 15% restocking fee because I opened everything in good faith only to discover the phone is not fit for purpose and not supported.
A second phone call the next day seems to have resolved the situation a little and I now have the option to return for a refund so I am feeling happier...

I received fast and friendly information from Mike Chang when I asked about laptop options. I decided to buy my laptop with other bits and pieces at cackle.co.nz because the service was great and the side offered one of the best prices for the things I needed.

I contacted Cackle enquiring about a laptop. I spoke to Joseph Huang who was so friendly and helpful. As stock was not immediately available, he checked arrival date and then contacted me to confirm one is set aside for me for that week. Wow! Lap top arrived in less than a week. Joseph's communication was outstanding and his customer service surpassed my expectations! I will certainly recommend Cackle and in particularly Joseph for his help every step of the way. And a big bonus, the laptop was $400 cheaper than other quote received from elsewhere, I am very pleased with my experience :)

This is what happen,i rang up yesterday Tuesday 9 March,in the afternoon,and asks for parts to my Blue tooth head set,the next day before midday day they arrived by Courier,it was very good an truely quick services by the people at Cackle Telecommunications,and this is the firsts time i have doubt of them,i could not believe the good services i receive and that,s even over the phone,good on Cackle Telecommunications.i hope they all do well

Webcam ordered in June still hasn't arrived (in September)
I ordered a webcam in June and was told it would be ready in July. It is now September and I've just been asked to review the item... but I haven't yet received it and have had no one from Cackle contact me to explain why it's taken so long!
