Placed order and needed to return…

Placed order and needed to return items. After return was processed, I had questions about the reorder. Customer support said they would escalate the concern but that seemed to go into a black hole. To date, no response.
As a grandparent ordering gifts for my grandchildren, I would be hesitant to order again from Caden Lane because of this experience.
Response to Caden Lane’s reply below: Caden Lane says they have responded. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder daily since last week. The only email I get from them are promotional or asking me to rate their customer service. So no, my issue has not been resolved.

Where’s my order??????

Ordered just under $200 of product on 3/28/2026. Order confirmation listed 4 of 6 items were being processed for shipping. By the way their customer service is AI. Now 3 weeks later, NOTHING. AI said they were summer early sale and would not be shipped until June!! My confirmation did NOT include that information. Still where are the 4 items that were NOT Summer presale “being processed for shipping”?????

I’m contacting my bank to process a fraud review of the purchase

Really pleasant

jsut had my first baby recently and I loved the gifts we received at our baby reception. My wife and I bought more. great quality, great value, and not too pushy on their marketing. wish theyd add more colors in the future.

Great products and service.

Love Caden lanes clothes for my toddler and baby. This was the first time something didn’t wash well and they replaced it no questions asked. Great customer service and products.

I ordered a romper for my granddaughter…

I ordered a romper for my granddaughter it had a pull in it. It was minor but my daughter was upset. She thought it would get worse in the wash. So the customer service were so prompt, kind and generous . They are replacing the item and I have to say this was probably the customer service I have ever dealt. I will be a very long customer of Caden Lane

Caden Lane has terrible customer…

Caden Lane has terrible customer service. I ordered an item that was apparently backordered and once I realized one part of my order (mom's robe) would arrive after the birth of my baby, I reached out to cancel it and also return the matching baby outfit. They replied and said they'd cancel the robe but I'd have to pay a $6 restocking fee to send back the baby outfit. We went back and forth via email and the customer service representative was rude and unwavering in insisting I pay the $6. This has completely turned me off from ever ordering from them again. Not worth the hassle and I simply won't give my money/business to a company who treats customers this way.

Easy Cancellation!

Part of my order was backordered (past my due date) for things I’d hoped to bring to the hospital — Super quick responses, solved my issue seamlessly! Didn’t even judge my pregnant-brain trying to overcomplicate and overexplain my situation:)

If I could give this review a zero I would. Every time I have purchased anything from Caden Lane it has been a hassle. This time I purchased an item that was NOT marked as final sale. After purchasing the item it was marked down as a final sale item in the description of the item, which meant in order to see Final Sale, the customer would have to drill down. This is deceptive and misleading selling practices. I did not find out the item was final sale until I tried to return the item. I would advise anyone thinking of buying products from Caden Lane to steer clear of them. They are dishonest and do not stand by their customers.

Caden Lane Customer Support was fabulous! They were able to exchange an item for me and have it shipped immediately since my previous item was back ordered and wouldn't arrive in time for my newborn photoshoot. I highly recommend- great quality products and fantastic customer service!

THE BEST BABY GIFTS

I absolutely LOVE the Caden Lane products. They are my "go to" for all my baby gifts because the products are such great quality and super soft! Everyone I have given them to LOVES them. The customer service has been great as well. I had an issue with a card I ordered to be included with the order and they rectified it immediately!

Bought the large bunny personalizsd…

Bought the large bunny personalizsd when my first grandson was born … he puts it in his mouth and it sheds so the material gets in a 4 months old mouth …Their only answer to me was it’s not a chew toy for babies!?!?!
Do not buy their large bunny for babies or little children… and Caden Lane does not have good customer service.. their quality has obviously declined … Safety is not a concern for them.. BE WARE

We’re really glad to hear that you were able to enjoy the bunny for some time. That said, we take safety very seriously. This item is tested to and complies with ASTM F963-23 safety standards. However, if the bunny is frequently being sucked or chewed on, the fabric can begin to weaken over time, which may cause fibers to loosen.
Our large bunny is designed to be a comforting companion for snuggles at bedtime, playtime adventures, or simply a sweet buddy to carry along, rather than for being sucked on or used for teething.
