We engaged Cahoot for ecommerce fulfillment services in April 2026. Before a single order was shipped, they demanded a $1,000 security deposit — a figure that appears nowhere in any document we signed. When we pointed this out, communication ceased while they retained our setup and platform fees (approx $1800).
Our signed agreements state only that a deposit may be required once weekly shipping costs exceed $200. That threshold was never reached. Despite this, Cahoot has refused to return fees paid for services that never became operational, and continues to invoice us for storage of goods we have been unable to retrieve.
We would also flag to prospective customers that Cahoot's standard agreements contractually require clients to provide reviews and testimonials, and offer discounts in exchange for marketing support. This is documented in their signed contracts. Readers may wish to factor this into how they weigh the positive reviews on this platform.

The integration with Pulse Commerce has been a game-changer, orders now sync automatically, and we’re able to ship far more efficiently while still keeping all of our marketplaces updated (BigCommerce, eBay, Amazon). Previously, our workflow relied heavily on manual paperwork and manually generated orders in BigCommerce and Pulse. With the Pulse + Cahoot pairing, orders are auto-generated in Pulse and fulfilled through Cahoot regardless of selling channel. This alone has saved me and my team a tremendous amount of time.There was some initial setup work required to cleanse our data (SKUs missing in ebay and amazon), and we experienced a couple of minor post-launch hiccups, but the Cahoot support team addressed everything quickly and professionally. After that short adjustment period, our staff adopted the system well and genuinely likes working in it. If your business values efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings, Cahoot is absolutely worth considering. It has streamlined our fulfillment workflow far more than I expected.

Support has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me set up a somewhat custom fulfillment arrangement to satisfy our needs. Beyond that, orders have been shipped the day they are received provided of course they are received prior to the daily cut off time. Cutting edge software that enables business the ability to partner with multiple distribution centers.We found Cahoot when looking for partners who offer Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime capabilities. Additionally we found Cahoot was one of the only 3PLs that let you utilize your own warehouses in addition to their network. Once everything is setup correctly, the software automates shipping by location and price. Another great thing about Cahoot is the potential to become part of their network if you have excess warehouse space and can ship per their requirements and your location expands their network effectively.

Absolute con artist company. They will lead you on with constant promises of all the savings they will get you, but once you sign up you find out all the things needed to actually update your inventory programmatically all cost extra and that savings somehow involve you sending truck loads of inventory. They don't tell you everything has to be done manually through your side down to actually adding available inventory from their warehouse to sellercentral. Once we figured this out, they had our inventory and wanted us to pay $200,000 in monthly fees to buy out our contract that wasn't even a month old. We hadn't even sold $500 yet, and they held less than 10k in inventory. When we pointed out that they failed to meet even basic obligations for a company our size, that all fulfilment and even receiving cost were MORE than what we were already paying, they responded that they needed more time and that they met all responsibilities. Don't waste your time with this bait and switch company. There only concern is roping you in and milking you to get out.
