I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't fit correctly. I'm usually an 8.5 w so I sized up to a 9. When I received them, they were extremely small and uncomfortable. The return process was also difficult and confusing and I ended up having to pay for shipping twice for something that was out of my control.

I never got my order
I never got my order. I sent several emails, called and left several messages. I finally got a call back, and was told my wheel got taken by the wrong carrier, there's no way to get another one (I find it hard to believe I got THE LAST atlas wheel raceface will make). I was told there was to be a DT Swiss DH wheel ordered, I haven't heard anything since that call which was on Tuesday, August 11.

Santa Cruz Vala
Overall, my experience was pretty good. The only thing that was lacking was communication.( I ordered a Santa Cruz Vala.) After 4 days I had to call the store just to make sure they actually had the order. Once I spoke with someone I was relieved and all I had to do was wait. I will continue to purchase products from CBO.

Bicycle rim
I was concerned when I ordered a front rim, it would only be the rim, spokes, and hub for the price, but it was complete with axle, bearings and nuts. To top that off it arrived a day early. Very happy
